I showed the waitress my under/ over cooked hand made chips to which she said, “ That’s just the way they are!” Coleslaw looked like a bowl of white mayo and had a strange and unpleasant tang. Rye bread Ruben sandwich was just okay, meat seemed really dry.

First time trying this place. Being straight outta Philly of course we tried their Philly cheesesteak.
I’m sorry but I wasn’t impressed. It wasn’t comparable to an authentic cheesesteak at all with the exception of it being steak on a roll. The meat was gummy, it had a steakum vibe. The roll was weak & fell apart and it was very oily. If you know how a cheesesteak should be then you know the roll needs to be sturdy, like Amoroso’s.
The fries on the other hand were really good. They were really well seasoned and flavorful.
