I see so many Americans going to these so called other Mexican restaurants to get American food. Wake up - this place gives you a meal on a proper plate not a kids bowl. The dishes are tasty, the jalapeños are as fresh as a daisy, salsa dips are good too.

Best chips and dip! Great food, fast friendly service. One of our “go to” Mexican. I think the food is much better than at Mezcalito’s (and I think they are good too - Salza Azteca is just better).

Darn good for North Carolina. See, I come from Tucson AZ, the Mexican food capital of the US, so I know Mexican food. Big time. I'll go there again. Food and service both excellent.

Food was okay. Service was relatively quick. Bill comes out weird (splits all orders separately), and the music they played had cussing. Not very kid friendly.

Just picked up takeout from here and everything is FANTASTIC! The enchiladas are delicious, the tortilla soup is to die for. The employee who gave me my order was very nice and even let me help myself to their salsa bar for some extra sides. The inside is so cute. I just moved from up north and have been looking for a great Mexican place. Sage to say I will be a regular here
Everything was great, including the cheese dip. But my kids thought the chicken milanesa in the torta was a little salty.

The food was DELICIOUS! The service was extremely attentive. I tried something new, grilled cactus ? ?. The food portion was enormous, I had 2 servings of my leftover burrito ?. Everything was seasoned properly including my rice. I will definitely return to this restaurant. We were a group of 6 & had a great time. It's located in the old Comedy Club in Clayton.
Kid-friendliness: Saw young children being accommodated by high chairs.
