I was in the area and wanted to bring my family to experience your restaurant. After watching the recent TikTok video of your manager’s behavior , It will be an easy pass . Hopefully he’s received some tutelage on professionalism and customer service.

The video , your General manger Behavior with parent with concern of a child , definitely not the experience any person should ever experience. General manager should be able to have conflict resolution, this Definitely A big No!

Unprofessional GM!!!

I saw a video online of a manager talking very rude to a lady video taping him..Not sure what happened prior but he definitely cursed at her and was very unprofessional ...hopefully his actions is not a true example of the employees that work at this particular location..

Food is good except for take out. When you get take out the way Hushpuppies are packed is awful…laid on top of BBQ takes a crispy hushpuppies to Soggy. Why not just put uncooked batter in the container. A solution is simple….lay a small wax paper down then the hushpuppies. Will give 5 Star if this request is corrected. Have voiced this many times. If you take the food one mile or 10 miles the hushpuppies will be SOGGY.

Went there to celebrate my brother's 62 birthday.. we ate bbq, BBQ chicken, fried chicken, potato salad, slaw & hush puppies & of course the yummy red sauce.. fellowshipped over a hour... Wonderful & Delicious time 🤗🥰

Was slow, lost my order

Absolutely terrible service! Stood inside for 10 minutes just trying to place an order. Not one employee spoke a word to us and walked by like we didnt exist. Everyone is too focused on a drive thru than customers standing in front of you.

Staff was really friendly and helpful.
Food was great as well.

yall forgot my honey mustard

Food is fine but clearly the staff has been threatened about giving out too many sauces. Trying to get honey mustard or barbecue sauce at this place requires negotiation comparable to getting a mortgage. Food is great but my gosh it is just a honey mustard not a 24k rolex.
