I stood in line way too long and was not acknowledged to place my order. All three employees were catering to one Caucasian lady. The older female employee was chewing gum and seemed to have an attitude. I just walked away. I really needed a tea but I refuse to spend my money where I am not respected or treated equally.

I get the exact same drink everyday from one of 3 different Starbucks locations depending on where I’m working that day. The Starbucks in this Harris Teeter is the closest to my home which is VERY disappointing.

The location on 70 is fantastic (every time, very consistent). The Jones Sausage Rd location also great every time I visit and constant as well.)

This Harris Teeter Starbucks is terrible. I order a Venti, Green Tea Frappuccino, double blended, no whip, 2% milk and now that they’ve changed the matcha powder to sugar formulation as of January 1st, I add 2 extra pumps of classic syrup to off set the lack of sugar in the matcha powder now.

Mostly EVERY other Starbucks I have visited levels their scoops or at least cokes close to the 4 scoops that a Venti requires. At this location, every single time, they put 4 HEAPING scoops and it is disgusting.

Whoever trains and develops this team needs to do better. Any time I mention this to the team, they get upset and one time said to just pour sugar in it and it would help.

You can tell by the color. It should be a medium green, not a deep, dark green.

Last year I spent over $4500 at these 3 locations. As of today, I have decided to no longer support this company.

I will purchase the pure, organic matcha online and the classic syrup can easily be made at home and stored. We have Dunkin’s around town and I will ensure that all of my business transactions (gift cards, etc.) go to Dunkin.

Do better Starbucks, training and developing your team members should be top priority.

Been to a lot of Starbucks. Hands down this is the worst. Every single time I wait forever and they all seem so flustered and don't know what's going on. Also making drinks incorrectly. Unreal! Please fix this corporate..

Over 30 mins for a mobile order because they prioritize in store orders over mobile orders. At the 30 min mark of waiting, I watched as they went through and processed the mobile orders after the counter was clear. So folks that ordered in person were coming and going as we were left wondering if we ordered at the wrong SB or if our order even went through. Do not recommend. There's a Scooters nearby.

Never had an issue here until one of the girls on afternoon made my drink wrong. I drove 20 miles back just to get the same incorrect drink. A flat white is espresso and milk. This girl was randomly putting honey sweetener in it! She claimed "that’s how it’s made" even though I order it all the time and it’s never tasted this way. After driving back and forth and wasting an hour+ of my day off and not getting compensated for their mistake, I gave up. Just won’t go there again.

One star. This Starbucks consistently fails to get my name right always referring me to Alex or Aaron. The service is incredibly slow, making even a simple order feel like a daunting task. I have lactose intolerance and I always ask for milk substitute but rarely do I recieve it. It is far easier to get teas and other drinks but it takes forever, even during downtime. Disappointing experience overall.

If I could give a one star I would. Here recently I’ve gone here on two separate occasions and both times the timeliness was awful. First occasion I placed my order ahead of time, arrived there 5 minutes before my order said it would be ready. Waited at pickup for 20 minutes before I received my order, it took so long my daughter fell asleep in my arms. Second occasion, arrived there right when my order should have been ready, took around 25-30 minutes to receive two drinks meanwhile individuals who ordered at the register while I was waiting got their drinks before I received mine. I will not be giving them no more of my business, I rather spend my money at Hwy 42.

This is the absolute worst service I have ever received at a Starbucks. 3 employees working. 1 looked like they sort of knew what they were doing, 1 looked permanently confused, and the other was acting like doing work would physically kill them. Had to wait 20 minutes for a drink because they were backed up from so little work being done. And the drinks still came out wrong.
