Worst Starbucks ever. We have given this Starbucks several chances and they just can not get it together. Most of the workers are rude. The older lady with the short hair seems to hate her job. The drinks are not as good either. We will not give it another chance.

By far the worst Starbucks ever. It is always slow, like the slowest place in Clayton. No one moving with speed and just don’t even try to get anything in the morning. We actually left our order because it was taking too long to get and it was making us late. Shut it down and replace it with a coffee machine.

Avoid ordering in the morning . I had to wait 30mins for a coffee and cake pops in the AM The staff are cool but super inexperienced. I’m very surprised corporate hasn’t shutdown this location . Again , staff are nice people but compared to other Starbucks when it comes to service these people operate severely below standards. I’ve waited months perhaps years at this point to write a review as I chalked it up just a bad period in business I honestly wish they would allow us to self service our own coffee at this point. If there is a district or regional manager I’d be curious to understand some of the gaps and would be willing to advise them of how they could improve the operations at this location. Please contact me . I hate seeing poor business as a person who spends time trying to help businesses improve how they operate.

There was no line only one person at the register so I got in what I thought was the start of the line. The girls working waited until a line formed on the other side to let me know I was on the wrong side and made me go to the back of the line and snickered. There were no signs letting me know where to stand and then I was served the wrong drink (I ordered a hot drink but was served cold). The girls working were so rude I just left

They were out of chai, which was understandable. I requested a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher, but I wasn’t informed they were out of dragonfruit until the drink was handed to me. I then asked if they had any of the berries for the Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher, and the staff member told me they didn’t exist, while giving me a condescending look. I paid $15 for two poorly made drinks and disappointing customer service.
Edit: I am bringing up my overall review from a one star to a three star, only because of the 5 star experience I had this afternoon with a barista named Arithza.

Love shopping in HT but each time someone I know or myself goes to the Starbucks inside they are treated with the worst customer service. The lady and gentleman working tonight were mocking customers right in front of their face. On top of that the drink was not made correctly. Definitely drive up the road 5 minutes and just go to Dunkin instead. Will not be going back to this location.

The older female employee was chewing gum and seemed to have an attitude. I just walked away. I really needed a tea but I refuse to spend my money where I am not respected or treated equally.

I get the exact same drink everyday from one of 3 different Starbucks locations depending on where I’m working that day. The Starbucks in this Harris Teeter is the closest to my home which is VERY disappointing.
The location on 70 is fantastic (every time, very consistent). The Jones Sausage Rd location also great every time I visit and constant as well.)
This Harris Teeter Starbucks is terrible. I order a Venti, Green Tea Frappuccino, double blended, no whip, 2% milk and now that they’ve changed the matcha powder to sugar formulation as of January 1st, I add 2 extra pumps of classic syrup to off set the lack of sugar in the matcha powder now.
Mostly EVERY other Starbucks I have visited levels their scoops or at least cokes close to the 4 scoops that a Venti requires. At this location, every single time, they put 4 HEAPING scoops and it is disgusting.
Whoever trains and develops this team needs to do better. Any time I mention this to the team, they get upset and one time said to just pour sugar in it and it would help.
You can tell by the color. It should be a medium green, not a deep, dark green.
Last year I spent over $4500 at these 3 locations. As of today, I have decided to no longer support this company.
I will purchase the pure, organic matcha online and the classic syrup can easily be made at home and stored. We have Dunkin’s around town and I will ensure that all of my business transactions (gift cards, etc.) go to Dunkin.
Do better Starbucks, training and developing your team members should be top priority.
