They were out of chai, which was understandable. I requested a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher, but I wasn’t informed they were out of dragonfruit until the drink was handed to me. I then asked if they had any of the berries for the Very Berry Hibiscus Refresher, and the staff member told me they didn’t exist, while giving me a condescending look. I paid $15 for two poorly made drinks and disappointing customer service.

The staff are very friendly and the drinks are almost always perfect, but if you are in a hurry, go somewhere else. It is not uncommon for these folks to take 15+ minutes for a single drink. They have one espresso machine and there is frequently only 1 or 2 people working behind the counter, which means only one person making drinks. I just waited 20 minutes to get a mobile order, which does not include the amount of time the app says it will take to be ready, and they still had...

This starbucks location is AMAZING compared to the stand alone ones. Their coffee is always brewed perfect and the blonde girl with the glasses is usually really nice. Especially if you ask for a pump in a drink she will ask you if you wanted a pump again in a SUPER POLITE tone…why would it be on the drink if i didn’t specifically ask for it?! Who knows? Let’s just say that if that extra pump was coming out of her paycheck, she wouldn’t hesitate! Her & her co-workers...
