Was moving some things about town, I was hot and tired wnd needed coffee. I stopped in for a Frappuccino just plain no sugar. Had to use the restroom and left my wallet. Once I realized it I called the store and they found it and held it for me until my sister came to get it.
Thank you so much. It would have been a total pain to have to cancel and replace everything.
I always enjoy the atmosphere here to sit down, relax, and talk with friends, but I specifically wanted to shout out Eli. Eli is the barista who served me the last few times I came to this starbucks and was always kind and offered great suggestions whenever I asked. I look forward to coming back!

My husband and I drove up to this location at 13024 US Highway 70 in clayton to pick up a lg chocolate mocha on 6/1/2024 at 11:53am.As we drove around a very sweet young lady by the name of Imani not only had a warm smile, greeted us with a cheerful attitude, but gave us the most pleasant customer service. Noticing the weather was extremely hot out side Imani asked me ( the passenger) if I wanted a cold cup of water she didn't stop there she made sure it was topped with fresh strawberries. This truly made me smile that she thought enough to offer. I truly appreciated her going the extra mile.We need more employees that would dothe smallest gestures to make someone's day for it surely made mine (Mrs. W. Robinson)#Kudos2Imani#chk657742#Drivethru

Good morning!!! This Starbucks is terrible, I just went in to get a sausage egg and cheese sandwich and a small hot vanilla coffee and it was $10.80 and I gave them $10 because that's all I had on me and the dude was like "we need 80 more CENTS and there was a jar of tip change and I gestured towards it and he said i cant take any out so I get my phone out to apple pay the rest. Okay, so much for being nice and trying to help someone pay 80 cents.... I'm already paying $10 for $4 worth of food.....then when I get my food the sandwich tastes horrible and the drink is not sweet at all. Do NOT go here
