I've been to this Subway hundreds of times. Today there were 4 employees behind the counter and 2 people in front of me with their orders being made. I waited 7 minutes before I left without being helped. Never again.

I went in way before 9 when they closed it was about 8:15 and I was inside waiting for someone to attend me when I see one of the workers and I ask if they still have tuna they said yea but they are closed at 8:15! When they close at 9 pm. This has happened multiple times. They just need to change the hours or get it together. Next ima yelp about it.

My mothers order wasnât made right Philly steak was cold she paid for extra paid for toppings to go on it didnât receive them so she called to talk to the manager one of the guys who doesnât even had a uniform yet and just started said he was the manager she has that on recording, they were arguing back and forth with me and my mother, when I came to get the food I know how subway works I use to work at one, and I know a customer isnât supposed to reach over the counter and grab a bag with 3 subs and 2 long cookies, not heavy at all. I shouldnât have to reach over the counter near yalls register, that couldâve completely different if I was a thieving person, also the girls said we can remake the sandwich or call the police so my mother is talking to the so called male that said he was manager, he said he was going to make it. So he went to go make it and the girl named Emily kept trying to argue with her so my mother said to stop talking to her heâs remaking the sandwich then Emily told him not to make it and refused our service and to call the police, they said they were all minors and if they are I know that theyâre not supposed to be alone one of them has to be older then the other two at least thatâs how i remember it use to be when I was a minor. My mom didnât really care about the bag situation it was just that her sub was completely cold for a Philly but the shorter girl with curly hair had the attitude kept arguing them Emily chimed in also when my mom was on the phone before she came up there and she was asking for numbers and names one of the girls grabbed the phone laughed in her face and hung up so thatâs why we came up there to ask whatâs going on.

Donât go to this subway bunch of underage kids work there who are not mature at all cold Philly cheesesteak meat service was terrible when I complained a new employee pretended to be a manager they ended up refusing service and I had to call police when basically I got ripped off and stolen out my money

I placed an online order today and went to pick it up but never received the order even though I paid for it. I provided my order number multiple times and showed the owner my phone with the receipt and order number but he kept asking for it over and over. The app said the order was ready. I'm not sure why I couldn't have it. I ended up having to leave to get back to work as I didn't have the time to continue giving him information over and over.

Just returned from Subway if you look at the photo, itâs not even 1/8 meat for the bread. My cat gets more meat in its can of food. I ordered chicken salad and got shredded chicken with cheese toasted on top This subway is cheap and way skimpy on meat!!! The spinach behind the counter was slimy and old. Wish i had taken a picture of that too. Highly recommend going down 42 a few miles to a better subway. Will never return even if I'm starving.

Was told over phone they do accept any mail coupons besides bogo, but was declined the â2 for $12.99â. Worker didnt speak English well and thus couldnât tell us why the coupons were NOT being honored. Subs were still good though.

Donât come to this location wanting to try the new footlong dippers! They donât know how to make them properly! Told me heâs going by the video but when I looked it up I could tell he clearly didn't pay attention to it if he did watch it! They are rude to their workers as well! Always problems when I come here and wish there was another one closer to my job! So disappointed!
I placed the order online for a 6-in sandwich cut into three pieces and a pretzel! Got home and my pretzel was hard as a rock singing as if it was cooked yesterday and rewarmed or something! A call to the store to tell him about it the girl to answer the phone put me on hold place in the phone on the counter and I heard someone in the background yelling "the motherfuking meat was sliced yesterday, anisette in the warehouse for over a week before we got it here"! I clearly was calling to complain about my pretzel but after that phone conversation I don't want anything from this place ever again! When they came back to the phone I immediately asked for a manager because of what I heard in the background to only be told that there was no manager or supervisor on the premises! Definitely don't recommend!

Well I was going to order a breakfast sub but apparently they don't do the eggs in the morning I mean they're open but they don't have eggs to do the breakfast flatbreads and that's kind of disappointing I mean I like to start my morning off with a flatbread sandwich guess I'll have to go to a different
