Ashley truly impressed me! She prepared a fantastic salad that I can genuinely say is among the best I've ever tasted. I never expected such quality from Subway! It was fresh, flavorful, and delightful! The location was clean, and I will certainly make it a point to visit again whenever I'm in the area.

I Knew Better!!! The only reason why subway is offering these ONLINE/APP deals are because if you leave it up to a couple of teenagers to make subs without the customers being able to oversee how much of the ingredients you actually get!!! When I tell you, 1/4 of my sandwich didn’t have any steak at all!!! Please don’t make this mistake, go into the store!!!!!! I am sooooo pissed right now!!!!!! I’ll Never Make This Mistake Again!!!!!!

They run out of items a lot. Usually Cheese. We went tonight. No, American cheese, pepper jack cheese, shredded cheese, pepperoni, or chocolate chip cookies.

1/30/25 @ 5pm. Worst service ever. Two kids moving as slow as possible. They barely spoke a word to any customer in the place. Asked for onions and the kid scraped the bottom of the container which contained other veggies that I didn’t want. I asked for more onions and he said it would take him too long to slice them. Mind you this is at 5pm dinner rush. The service is consistently garbage at this place.

Staff was very rude. He almost gave me the wrong bread and when I asked for the right kind he huffed at me and rolled his eyes. I have been having major issues with the app and was not willing to do anything to help me out. Will not be coming back to this location.

What a joke! There was only 1 employee working at lunch time and he acted like he just woke up! No personality at all! The first sub we ordered they didn't have the ingredients for. Then he tried to make both subs at the same time and got the ingredients mixed up. I ended up with my husband's jalapeños! That was a shocking surprise! The ingredients were not fresh. Then even the drinks even tasted terrible. They just need to close this store and not pay people to work with bad attitudes!

This subway has really gone downhill, the place is so dirty, had one kid working by himself, the veggies were old and brown and was over charged.

Went in earlier today my wrap was made in correctly! The gentlemen seemed new and he kept asking what I wanted on the outlaw I kept telling him whatever originally on the outlaw I was ordering my Fiancé a meal to enjoy after work! My wrap being made incorrectly is what did it for me I only got one side I didn't receive the other half of my wrap! For the prices why aren't we properly training employees so customers get what the paid for! People are tired and hungry and they are trusting you to make the food and know what to make on the menu! Will not be returning!

"Honestly, this place is a disaster!
What was once a decent place to get a sub is now not even a decent place to bring your family, unless you don't mind them learning a few choice words from the vulgar rap lyrics blaring throughout. For a sub shop they should at least have bread readily available, maybe even napkins, or cup lids, it would also be nice to have non watered down coke!! One thing they definitely had a lot of was discarded garbage and old food laying around the dining room! But since it took three staff members 20 minutes to make a hot sandwich which was cold by the time I could sit down, time for cleaning is clearly not on the agenda.
"This place is a complete train wreck! The staff is lost and without proper leadership and a clear vision, it’s no wonder this restaurant is going down in flames!" Cheers!!

Management needs to find some more help and start paying a wage that would interest people to work here. Only one guy working at 5pm. I placed my online order before leaving work, leaving plenty of time for it to be made, arrived with the only worker working trying to clear an 8 person line and multiple of those people ordering multiple subs. Having ordered that far ahead it should've been ready by the time I got there, but there's NO WAY with only one worker they can take care of online and in person orders. Hats off to the young man doing his best to take care of customers. Management DO BETTER SMH
Obviously the app doesn’t do a damn thing because it said my food was ready 10 minutes ago and they haven’t even started the order…

Wow this place is terrible now. Had one kid working and he was behind like 8 orders while his coworker sat and talked on her phone. I ordered “The Monster” and it had 2 slices of onions on it, 2 slices of green peppers lol judge the picture on your own and see if that is appetizing.
