Online order worthless when you arrive 30 minutes later and they haven’t started on it. Not a customer one in the place.

Put order in 30 minutes ahead of time and guess what. Nope food was not ready when we got there. They hadn't even started on it yet. And sadly Niro one customer was in the restaurant so it wasn't like they were busy.

The staff had an air pod in and kept getting my order wrong, so I had to keep repeating myself. At the end of all that, I tried to use a coupon for a free bag of chips, and they told me I could not because of my sandwich even though I'm buying an almost 15 dollar sandwich a 1.50 bag of chips is to hard to accommodate. Sloppy service.

The manager a Hispanic lady was very rude. I was looking at the menu and she wanted me to choose right away. This soon after a menu change. She called the person behind me to go in my place and then he too had to look at the menu. She was very rude. Customer experience was her least care. I now drive happily 7 miles to the other Subway. Cx service outweighs convenience on any day for me.

Just picked up my order from here . The young man who gave me my order was very polite and made sure everything was correct and neatly done . Kid even pushed the bubbles down on the sofa tops . This is a quality that is very hard to find in young people these days. Great job kid !! Ty

Apparently they can not figure out how to cut a footlong into 5 pieces instead of 4! I asked them to in my online instructions and they just ignored it because when I questioned it, she was like, "how am I supposed to do that"?? Then she hung up on me and would not answer the phone when I tried to call back. Pretty sad that the staff are so clueless.

I ordered 3 foot long subs online for curbside pickup. The store was not busy but the wait was a little long. They apologized for the wait, which was nice. Got home and the bread was white bread instead of Italian Herb and Cheese as ordered. Called the store but no one answered so had to drive back to find out they only had white and wheat bread. I waited in the parking lot for a while for my order. Why would you not come out and let me know you could not make what I ordered before starting it? Then why would you bring it out and not say the order was not right?!? I guess when you look at the many bad reviews it makes sense. Poor management leads to poor business.

First and foremost, the most important thing to me, the restaurant was clean. Our food was made to order and fresh. Just don't expect to get in and out quickly. This was our 3rd or 4th time at this location and each time it's been a rather slow experience. It was 15 minutes from the time I walked in the door until I sat down with our food and there were only 2 people ahead of me.

Stopped here on 12/10/22 to get my daughter a sandwich and was absolutely shocked.When my daughter looked to pick the bread, she noticed the container had tons of flies in and around it. Needless to say, we didn’t get a sandwich.

Terrible customer service. I went in to order a sub with a coupon. I ordered the steak and cheese. After it was made, I have then my coupon and they said we do not accept the coupon for that sub we only accept it for certain ones. Have me no calcification when I ordered only when I paid. I said you should of let me know and she said wasn't her responsibility. If you have coupons you should be specific on the coupon or just not accept them. This was my first experience at subway in over 5 years and will be my last.
