The worst location in my area. Takes way too long to get my order every time. I usually order on the app and never get my food in less that 30 minutes (from time of order to walking out with my food). They never acknowledge me in a timely manner and just walk right past me. One employee got an attitude with me tonight (pretty sure it was the manager) because I spoke up about not being acknowledged for almost 10 minutes. I don’t know how they collected so many rude people to work in one location but they did it. Bad experience every single time. Hate that the next closest location is at least 15 minutes down the road. After tonight though, I think I’m done. Customer service is the last thing they’re worried about. Corporate should get involved with this location.

Order six boxes. They dump it all in a bag. Covid did a number on the fast food industry. Especially Taco Bell. I order in the app. Arrive and then the app says now making order. Took an hour to order from the app and get the food. Guy who brought the bag out when I asked about boxes just rolled his eyes.

Yall have the worst people working here..when you do an online order pay online and pull up and hands you less then half you're stuff then gives an attitude when you ask her what's in here ..Fire everyone and start over..somehow they want 20 bucks an hour they ain't worth Penny's on the dollar

I work with door dash and my husband likes taco bell . But.... the management and employees dont work well together. They are SLOWWWWW, looks like too many people back there , they tripping over one another and can't complete orders in a timely matter. I have ended up canceling the order, I was the only customer in there . The workers there walk slow , they look right into your eyes and won't even come to the register to see if they can help you with something. They really don't want to work . This place could make alot more money if the owner would get a better manager , one that would make the employees take their job more serious. I will never go there again . I ride by all the time and the line can be wrapped around the building . My husband has sat in line and it's so ridiculous. Door dashers don't get paid enough money to stand there at all . I really hope that the owner reads these reviews and does an undercover boss on them , then they would see I'm being truthful.
Went in the other day , mistake as usual . Girl walking in , in front of me had on booty shorts , half shirt , she walked right behind the counter and put gloves on and started preparing food . She was constantly pulling on her shirt to make it longer , honey it's not going down any further, zip your coat up. They proceeds to pull on the shorts now . They ain't moving either . All the while she's doing this , with work gloves on still preparing customers food . Glad I don't eat any of this .

This location has been getting worse and worse over time, coming to a breaking point today. Food takes exceptionally long to get made, even when ordering ahead online. You will be ignored at the front by people who see you walk in. Lastly, food was not made today, and when returning to get it made, I got to listen to the kitchen staff whine that they definitely made it. They didn't. I'm done with this Taco Bell location.

The worst Taco Bell in NC. Super slow service. Staff messing around in the back while the dinning room is full. Not prioritizing dine-in or drive through. Had to wait for my order over 30 mins. Place needs new management or to be shut down.

Read the reviews there is a reason that this place has crappy ratings! I went to the drive thru only one car behind me was asked to pull around and wait for my food they supposedly had to make the chalupas crust. I got tired of waiting after about 30 minutes and went back to the intercom a guy started talking to me and i very nicely said hey I still haven't gotten my food can you tell me about how much longer it will be....some lady got on the intercom and snapped at me I pull up to the window 5 minutes later finally get the food but all together it took about 40 minutes to get my food. Never in my life has taco bell took that long then treated me like I was the one in the wrong. Management and corporate need to get a hold of these employees I honestly should have read all the reviews before I went here!

I have gone here multiples time and the service SUCKS. Beyond horrible the drive through lady is actually stupid.She asked me to back up in the drive thru line just to pull forward again
