Ok so I dont intentionally come on here and bad mouth a business for no reason look at my reviews in the past...

Do not eat here I say that because a customer had upset one of the workers and I litterly saw that person spit in their food.... thats not cool man

Place was clean but took 45 minutes to get part of | ordered. My order had to involve substitutions because they were out of stock or certain ingredients. My order was also missing several items which I had paid for. The food that I did end up getting ended up falling out in the to go bag which was a mess looking more like a bag of trash.
This was my second time trying this location. The first time I order from here was to eat in store. Food was fine but we had waited over 30 minutes for our food after placing the order. I don't see myself giving this place a third try.

By far the slowest fast food restaurant I have ever placed an order at.. I can be served at an authentic Mexican restaurant faster than this place and with the recent mark ups in prices taco bell is almost as expensive as some of the authentic restaurants I have been to.. y'all got to tighten up ... I swear it takes them so long to make your food it's cold before they can get it in the bag... What kind of upper management is this?

Management really needs to take control of their employees in this location the woman at the drive-thru named Christine p was visibly swaying almost falling and was slurring her words when she gave me my food and drinks they almost hit the ground because she could not hold them also she was leaning so far out of the window she almost fell into my car corporate do needs to do something about this

If it's busy don't even bother unless you don't mind waiting 15 plus minutes for it, I haven't had my stomach hurt so kuddos to them for that. And make sure your order is actually right

This has been the worst experience I have had at this Taco Bell. My wife and I went through the drive through to order our food. When we pulled up to the window the black female lady had asked us to back up past the yellow pole and then pull forward again. I told her know because I know that they are trying to reset the drive though timer, this is not the first time they asked me to do this. (The first time I had asked why and they told me it’s to reset their timer.) When I refused and told her NO and that I know why, she told me that I can park and come inside to get my food. What kind of customer service is this TACO BELL? YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!!! I told her that I will inform corp of this situation and her attitude changed.

Every time we come to this Taco Bell which isn’t often. They always tell us to back up to restart their drive through wait time clock. They will tell you if you don’t back up to restart the clock you will have to come inside to get your food.. EXCUSE ME! My husband told them he was calling corporate They try to cheat and they ALWAYS make you wait a long time for your food! And then have the nerve to have nasty attitudes if you check your order to make sure it’s right. I hope they get so many negative reviews that flowers cuts their contract. Such a horrible experience every time!

I hate to complain but the food and service at this place is way below standards. They need to learn how to heat the food up and melt the cheese. And there are just a couple of employees that need to learn customer service. Also, stop chit chatting when customers are obviously standing there waiting and you aren't doing your job.

I am really concerned for the drive thru lady. She’s usually always working but something isn’t okay. I tried calling to reach someone and let them know, but no one is answering. It’s sad to say but she looks high or idk, she kept tipping over and just speaking really slow and her eyes kept closing and staying shut. I say this, not to bring her down but someone needs to do something about it. She doesn’t seem okay. It was very scary. Everytime I come, she’s the same. Someone help her!

Why is it impossible to get what you order now days???
I ordered Steak and Publano wrap,
5 layer burrito with no sour cream
Soft taco
Chicken and cheese quesadilla with chicken and cheese ONLY
I got a quesadilla with CHEESE ONLY!!!!! HELLO
The steak and publano quesadilla only had a few little pieces of meat, sauce and cheese
When I gave the steak quesadilla back the lady who stated she made it so she know publanos are on it.. I unrolled it again and showed it to her as I had showed it to the cashier, NO PUBLANOS!!
My chicken quesadilla had only cheese she remade them with such a nasty attitude and had barely even wrapped the food up that liquid was coming out all over my hand!!
I will never patronize this location again!
The cashier was the only nice thing I experienced there she was embarrassed by the whole encounter that she offered me coupons for free tacos,she is the only reason service got 4 starts
