I don’t know who you had on shift today, but let me tell you, I had the best interaction I have ever had at a Taco Bell, everyone was very polite, even told me to have a great day and that they hoped I enjoyed my food. There was a lovely young black man working who again reinforced the “have a great day” 10/10 makes up for any of the other issues I have ran into at Taco Bell!

I haven't been to a taco bell in a long time (5 years ish) and was so disappointed. And I don't think this is specific to this location. I think they r all like this now. Not only did the serving sizes decrease significantly but the prices more than doubled. And the food was terrible!! You r better off getting the ingredients from the grocery store and making your own tacos. They would probably be healthier too. Sorry to say but really disappointing. ?

Nice place and people, but I have not learned my lesson to check before leaving the drive through both times they left something out of my order that I paid for
This store is terrible from both a third party delivery and first party pick up standpoint. We never get the right order when getting through a third party delivery. This time we went ourselves and we were the only ones in the drive-thru ordering. They bring our food and we are missing half our order. When we immediately go back around to let them know they ask to see our bag as if we aren’t being honest. Hello, you just gave us the order a couple minutes ago and we had the receipt. At that point, apparently you felt the need to do a complete audit, by the time we left most of the food had gone cold and was all broken apart and busted up. Oh, and this is their supposed Cantina Chicken Quesadilla that they originally forgot and had to make. Absolute trash, and apparently the employee who made this had a bad attitude. Tough, do your job.

My quesadilla was smashed into the wrong sized bag. I asked for a Nacho Cheese DLT Supreme and received a regular crunchy taco supreme with no tomatoes… All of the fast food restaurants in the Flowers area have TRASH service.
The workers were rude when I asked for a fresh taco after mine was cold and soggy.

First off, the folks are nice, especially Ms. April.But they can't get an order right. Check your order before you leave, no matter how difficult it is to do so.We asked for sour cream on the stacker and no sour cream on the cheesy double beef burrito, and they got the sour cream confused. ??I don't understand the issue, considering the whole time there was a person in the back bringing up that everyone needs to double check what they're making and they don't need any more bad reviews. Then I find this delightful note at the bottom of my bag.Nobody puts baby in a corner.

My first fast-food review, and I must say, the bar wasn't set too high - we're talking fast food... Yet, you'd hope for the basics, like, you know, getting your entire order. The issue here for me is that this location hasn't been opened that long but in my three visits, I've never received my entire order. I guess at this point, shame on me for returning but come on Taco Bell. I've had food items missing on all three separate occasions. And folding a burrito seems to be a lost art here; it's more of a tortilla with some toppings thrown in the paper. Is burrito folding not in the job description at Taco Bell? Do they even have criteria? But, with that, some positivity - my last order included a card with a note and a hotline for order discrepancies. So that a sign they're trying to fix their fiasco. My order still wasn't right, but at least I got to chat with 'Jose' (thanks, number on the card), who was surprisingly helpful and very nice. Here's hoping Jose is the Flowers Taco Bell savior we've all been waiting for!
