The pizza is always delicious, the servers are always so nice! Parking can be a bit of a nightmare but I think that’s just because it’s so loved by the community. Def our go-to in Clayton for Italian food.

Frequent this establishment 2X/wk for 5 yrs. Always get the Spaghetti Dinner - w/add ons. Prices Crazy Raised, Sauce is WATERED DOWN and they Changed the Noodles! Very Disappointed!! We will be trying out the New Italian Rest in Flowers Plantation.

Overall this place is amazing. Top 3 in this area. We had a very poor experience with our hostess in the most recent outing, but this is not the norm for Venero. While I believe this place is a solid 5 star spot, I can't give it 5 stars. Maybe if literally any of the food came out as ordered, it would be.
Our go-to place for Italian in Clayton and to about once a week! Great staff and the food is very good. I particularly like the Italian Wedding &Tortellini soups when they are featured. The serving sizes are generous.

We frequently stop in for dinner when we are in the area. Maria was an excellent server... polite, thorough, and attentive. My family, as well as the family with us enjoyed the food and will be back soon!
We ordered pizza here and they double charged us for an order that we didn't even get. When we went to get the pizza they said that they would give us, they threw them away and only gave us the refund. Terrible service and the food is mid at best.

I really honestly hated to give them 1 star the food is terrible, my first time ever eating there, it will be my last, can biscuits call garlic knots with cheese, they open can, or frozen with no garlic, cheese lying across the top, ordered a cheese steak hogie, got a club sandwich with dry frozen meat, I just can't describe how terrible it was, the fries was ok
