Food was okay. Others that came in after got food before we did. Only saw waitress one time when she took our order. Manager finally came by and went to check on our food. Been there several times and never had an issue until today.

I like Most of the food.... they could go with a few more sides. And the music is always very very loud which prevents me from going there quite a bit. But the service is always very good on occasion the food's a little off but most of the time it's very good

I went into the restaurant to place an order to go. I had to stand there. People were passing me and no one even said hello. Can I help you. Finally I had to say hello and finally someone helped me. I ordered a hamburger. I was very very disappointed. It was dry and it had no flavor whatsoever

Vinsons is my absolute favorite place to eat! We’ve had Katie (sp) as our server a few times and she is FANTASTIC! The food, atmosphere, and service is amazing. I always look forward to a night out at Vinsons :)

The atmosphere and service here was excellent! Weve been here three times. The food’s OK. Presentation is great but I can’t say the food is five star. Nice place to eat out from time to time regardless. Good place for drinks.

Been to vinsons plenty of times to eat inside but this was the first take out order I have ever placed. I ordered a wrap and side of broccoli. I had a total of 5 pieces of broccoli the container was practically empty (see pictures) I am thinking it’s because I didn’t leave a tip. Honestly my new rule for tipping is if I am not sitting down at a restaurant to order and eat I do not tip. Sad I will no longer have a place to eat but refuse to go to a place that works like this. Mannings from now on!
