Ordered a Bacon Egg & Swiss thru DoorDash half an hour before breakfast ended. Got soggy bread with bacon. No egg. Couldn't re-order because they stopped serving breakfast by the time I found out.

Y'all had one job. The main ingredient is literally in the name of the item. I'm guessing they didn't have eggs cooked and didn't want to cook more because breakfast ended soon after.

Don't order from here.

Tge Clayton, NC Wendy's is like most others we've been to.
The very small print on the lit wall menu can be hard to read especially for somone that doesn't have 20 20 vision.

Love wendys but this locations seems to have staff that struggle to make orders in an orderly fashion. Seems there's no manager to speak of to direct and guide staff to being more efficient. Served by a somewhat new employee at the register who clearly didn't want to be there or seemed overwhelmed but still sniled regardless. A random man, unsure if he worked there, going back and forth through an active kitchen area doing absolutely nothing. Time taken from ordering to getting food, at least 20 mins. If my husband didn't say anything they'd have not gave us our frosties either. Place in desperate need of a competent management team.

I love Wendy's. Hate the drive thru service. My meals are always incorrect. When asked to provide the missing item, I am met with an attitude. Typically it's from the younger workers there and it's very off-putting.

Coming from Greenville this Wendy’s is like 10 times better. Fries and burgers were still cold like every Wendy’s it seems. Everything tasted good though. Yall be thankful your Wendy’s isn’t like the ones in Greenville. Also the staff was hardworking and friendly.

Placed online order for $22.49. Received someone’s else’s three $2.49 cheeseburgers with my receipt on the bag, meanwhile someone else receive my order and made out like a bandit. What a joke. The receipt is on the bag, read it, the quantity wasn’t even right much less the order. At least they got the drink right.

There is a sweet Hispanic lady who works here in the morning typically in the window. Let me just say she is the SWEETEST. I look forward to seeing her in the mornings when I order. She is always so kind and makes sure your order is hot and correct! She is an asset to this store!!!
