This is the second time I have had bad service and been lied to. I ordered 2 SON of bacanator meals and 2 small frosties. almost $28. I ask at the window about the order because it sounded like it cost more than it should. they told me it was 2 son of bacanators when they actually sold me 2 bacanators which explains the high bill. Also didn't get any spoons for the frosties and only 2 straws for 4 drinks. I am handicap so I can't easily walk in to get what they forgot. won't be going back there.
Awesome drive thru staff....always polite and friendly.....I can't get enough of the Apple/Pecan salad with Spicy chicken 😋

Rude drive-thru workers, consistently wrong orders even when you clearly state what you’re looking for. Last three times I’ve gone there they’ll mess up something new. Go anywhere else

Trinitee was the dining room cashier. She was patient and attentive. Thorough when ensuring that my order was made correctly. My father is vegan but loves the Wendys veggies. Ordered a #1 no meat pattie large combo. Great service and the dining room was clean. And my fries were hot. Thank you Trinitee for the great service. 😁

They forgot my chicken on my sandwich
I think it’s finally time to say it…fast food just isn’t what it used to be. There was a time when the food was more affordable, orders were accurate, and if something did go wrong, a manager would step in and make it right. These days, it feels like customer service is an afterthought, wait times at a drive thru is like sitting in a restaurant, and if someone on staff is having a bad day, you’re guaranteed to have one too.
Every time I’ve ordered from this Wendy’s, there’s been an issue. Either something’s missing, or it’s made completely wrong. Most recently, I ordered two Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers…neither one had lettuce, and only one had a tiny sliver of bacon that barely counted. How can you mess up the main ingredients of the item that’s in the name?
To make matters worse, when I called the store to politely let them know, I was met with nothing but attitude. No apology, no attempt to make it right, just more frustration. If you don’t want to be at work or deal with customers, maybe take the day off. But don’t take it out on people who are just trying to get what they paid for.
Wendy’s, do better. The food and service should match the prices we’re now paying.

This wendy's on US 70 in Clayton was the best Wendy's I've ever been to. I live in Hope Mills, North Carolina, and our Wendy's does not compare. My hamburger was actually hot which I never get a hot hamburger in fayetteville or hope mills. The chili cheese fries were banging and loaded. DELICIOUS!!!

This place is a joke, they served us OLD food the taco salad was 3 months old when confronted they acted like I wasn’t standing there, then was told they weren’t gonna do anything about it. If you eat here prepare to be sick.

Just went through the drive thru around 6:30 pm on Jul 2 and attempted to order. I asked to change my drink and the young lady sighed very loud. I asked her was she okay and she did not respond. I asked are you still there and she still didn’t respond. Hope she didn’t pass out bc I asked to change my drink.

You really shouldn't use the same mop you used on the kitchen floors on the rest of the floors in the store. It makes the floors greasy, and someone's got to fall and crack their head open.
