The Wingstop Hiram location is absolutely terrible every single time we order. They’re either leaving off ranch that I paid extra for or our food tonight they left off an entire meal of 10 wings and when I called the store they told me to come up there and get it after I paid $20 for delivery, which was the point so that I could not get out tonight
Ordered at 3:42pm for 5pm, arrived for pickup and they are saying an hour?? People asking to cancel for refund, manager saying takes 1 week? Place is a train wreck.
I bought 30 wings there almost 2 months ago. 10 min after my purchase I called and ask to return them for my money back because they tasted like they went bad before they cook them. The girl took my info down and told me just toss them in the trash and she will refund the transaction. I called back 3 times after that and still no refund. They finally give me the direct contact of the general manager which never return my calls. I am out about $40. I will never go back there again. I will also report this to the better business bureau. This is deceitful and should never happen in orange city, FL.
Visted this location tonight and the food and service was excellent. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and my order was taken. I explained I had a bit of a dive, so could I please have hot fresh fries and they delivered.

Placed an online order which included 10 plain and 10 flavored wings, which comes with French fries.
What was delivered wasn’t even close to what was ordered. We got 8 plain wings, 4 chicken strips and FFs, all food was over cooked.
DO NOT ORDER from this joint. I never will again.

I ordered a 20-piece from Wingstop — 8 plain and 12 mango habanero — but when my wife got home, we realized 4 mango habanero were missing. I called around 11:30 PM (they close at midnight), and the manager David made it happen! He didn’t just replace the missing wings — he replaced my entire order, fresh, extra-crispy, and perfectly cooked. When I arrived around 11:45 PM, they were clearly busy, but David and the team still took the time to remake everything with care. The wings looked and tasted amazing. I truly appreciate their time, effort, and professionalism, especially so close to closing time. Major shout-out to David and the whole Wingstop crew! 👏🔥🍗

I don’t write reviews often, so given the fact that I’m bothering to take my time to do this, says something. I’m not sure about other wingstop locations as I’ve only visited the local new store in Chesterton, IN. I was quite excited when we finally got a place that sells wings, let alone “specializes” in them. I have ordered from this location multiple times, hoping that maybe they’re just having a bad day. Nope, apparently the wings are always anorexic and dry. Don’t even bother ordering enough for leftovers, god forbid you warm them up later, they will turn into jerky. Honestly, I don’t see this place staying in business for very long. The service is great, I’ve never had an issue with the amount of time it takes to prepare the order, and the order is always done correctly. The wings just suck, and the fries are nothing to write home about. The most recent order, I decided to try the corn as a side. I didn’t even know that corn on the cob would be that mushy, it was disgusting to say the least. Straight to the trash. If you’re in Chesterton, order your wings anywhere else but here. You will thank me later.
I went for wings today and the service was amazing! 😋 The service was excellent from the moment I arrived until I left. My wings 🍗 were ready, delicious and just the way I like them! Ordered 10 wings, wife picked them up. Got home, I open the container and find 6 and 1/2 wings!

A very special and huge shout out to Mrs. Debbie! I ordered online and accidentally selected carry out instead of delivery. At the time I had no way to get there so I was blowing their phone trying to get someone on the line and I finally got Mrs. Debbie. She was assisting me on the phone with trying to cancel the order so I can reorder it thru the delivery service but we couldn’t figure it out. She then asks for my address and said she’ll bring the order to me! Listen- I was at a loss of words bc this was such a kind and extremely nice gesture. She delivered my food and was just so sweet and polite. I wanted to hug her! I offered to tip thru cashapp or Apple Pay, she didn’t have any of those and said she’s ol’skool and if I could just leave a review. So Mrs. Debbie if you see this, I really really appreciate what you did and I will not forget you! I hope you have the most beautifully blessed days ahead! And the food was good and fresh- so please if yall go into the Wingstop off 70 in Clayton - give Mrs. Debbie her flowers bc this woman was out here doing the Lord’s work!

Put in on line order in and it said it would be ready in 28 to 33 min. It took over 1 hr to get the food. When I called all they could say was they have a new system. The manager wouldn't come to the phone to talk to me. The lady on the phone wouldn't give me the number to call and she hung up on me.

I made a delivery order for some wings and it has cost me almost 20 dollars the potatoes were frozen and super full of salt and as with a sugar flavor and burnt super unpleasant I could not eat them the wings were not bad with them but those potatoes disappointed me a lot they should improve the quality of the products
