I put five stars here because it's the only I think the only Chinese food place that cooks with canola oil not soy and it's been a blessing to eat there. With soy intolerance.

Always ask for your itemized receipt. They only give you the card reader receipt unless you ask and they quickly input prices into the register. I happened to take a menu and realized that I was drastically overcharged. Such a disappointment! I am a regular that loves the food but I just can’t stomach paying different prices because a different person picked up the phone than is at the register. Trust is a huge deal when it comes to what I choose to put in my body. Too bad that I now feel like I can’t trust them… they lost a really loyal customer. If you go here make sure you grab a menu and your receipt. They should sell the food at the advertised price. We don’t expect fine dining but we do expect integrity.

Tried if for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. I had chicken low mein and my wife had chicken and broccoli. Definitely above average for chinese restaurants. We both had a lot leftover as they pack the containers. We’ll be back for sure.

I live right across the street so I have been eating here since they opened. I have always enjoyed the food. Over the years, it has been consistently delicious!I think all restaurants can have a bad day or make a mistake, but for the most part, Wok & Grill usually get it right. It’s a 9.5/10 for me.

I usually like this place, but today I got the Kung pao chicken and it's was the worst I've ever had at any Chinese spot. Everything was cut into huge pieces. Even the chicken. Kung pao chicken should have finely chopped veggies and chicken. Plus the peanuts tasted like they had just opened a planters bag and threw them on my food. Zero flavor. I mean, I'll prolly eat here again cause there ain't too many options around here, but just know NEVER ORDER THE KUNG PAO CHICKEN!!

Have eaten here for years, but tonight it was really sub par. Probably won’t order from here again. Prices up and food taste down.

Excellent place with genuinely good customer service. Family ordered the Wonton soup since it's easy on my stomach and helps out whenever I feel weak. The Wonton Soup was fantastic and fortunately the place was open at the moment we needed it to be.Excellent food and it's good for what ails you! Thanks!

1I had mentioned Chinese to my wife and my neighbor asked if we used Wok & Grill and that she thought it was good. We told her we had changed to Jumbo Chinese. So out of convenience we gave them another try. I ordered the Mongolian Beef, and it should have been called Mongolian Onion (see image). Not only was it mostly onions and it has no flavor . The extra drive to Jumbo Chinese in the Hwy 42 Food Lion shopping center, is well worth the drive.

Punctual & my order is always correct, no complaints. They’ve even brung my food to my car after I gave birth; probably noticed that I was struggling. They seem to be genuinely nice people.
Kid-friendliness: It’s family owned, as are most of them. They’re parents, so they’re easy going and friendly to the children.
We ordered chicken wings combo, orange chicken, black pepper chicken, sesame chicken n orange chicken!! All of it was so hard and dry u couldn’t eat it!! Seems like it was precooked n then refried, even the rice was nasty!! Lost my

I do not recommend waiting inside for food in summer time its very muggy they do have a fan. Also the food is very good and I love their food options and they actually put a good amount of filling in the crab rangoons
