Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The managers are very mean and demeaning to the employees. I’ve witnessed it on multiple occasions. It makes so I don’t even want to visit this business because you shouldn’t treat your employees that way. Not a good atmosphere and the food is decent.

Food was great, Lady behind the counter was very rude, Hispanic woman with pigtail braids, we were there at around 8:30 on Saturday January 25th, When my friend asked for no ranch ( he’d allergic ) she huffed then rolled her eye, and when she brought the food to us, she slammed it down in front of us on the table. Got the order wrong too

I frequently order delivery from this location and I'm usually happy with my order, but something I want to warn others of when ordering delivery: certain things you order delivered, won't be fulfilled. I like Zaxby's hot honey mustard, but everytime I order delivery, they make sure every hot honey mustard is replaced with just the honey mustard. I even called to ask if what I ordered was out of stock: both the employee and manager assured me it was in stock. Good food, but just a warning: delivery is not prioritized, at all.

I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender and received only 1 zaxby's sauce. And it was only half filled. I had no zaxby's sauce after 1 chicken tender! What am I supposed to do for the rest??
