Went to the one in Gardner once on my way home from bowling but it was more expensive and got less salad, won't go there again!

This Zaxbys is one of the few fast food restaurant in Clayton that seems to care about their customers and getting orders right. Ive ordered delivery many times and my order always arrives fast and most importantly, correct - no missing items except for maybe occasional missing sauces. I appreciate the service here and the food is addictive. Their employees are friendly and helpful and actually answer the phone when you call with questions. I will probably only order delivery from here from now on.

I ordered food not realizing i had a discount owed about a previous experience. After i order i remember and asked the cashier she grabbed her Assistant manager and was rude from the get go i asked about a discount that I was owed due to previous experience and she said “not her” with a stank remark so i asked what do you mean not me? After i already ordered… She kept saying not you with attitude.so i just said okay whatever they continued to talk and have an attitude towards me I cancelled my order and asked for a refund will never return.

I received Amazing food today, it was hot and so good. Jill at the front counter has to be the strongest employee, she is there almost every time I come back! She gave me all my sauces and forks and was friendly. Will be back guys!
