I have never seen or experienced such great customer service like I have here, the staff is extremely friendly always has great attitudes and always smiling, the managers are always friendly as well. The staff always makes sure you have what you need and if something is wrong they will sort it out and make sure it is resolved. They are always making sure the lobby is clean and neat. Over all 10/10 and will always come back to this zaxbys.
The staff was extremely courteous and the managers Joe and I think Margarita made sure that we received our food on a timely order. Will be back again soon

While DoorDashing, a middle aged black man that was working in the front of zaxby’s was rudely and condescendingly talking to the young female workers that were working the cash register. It upset me to hear him talking down to these poor girls who were doing a great job at handling the rush of people. Though I might not know every detail, I do know that no matter what you should talk to others with respect no matter the situation. That man was not giving that.

My visit to Zxaby's Chicken was top-notch. I got the 20-piece family pack, and the chicken was exceptional: flavorful, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. The staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing the overall dining experience. Great place for a satisfying meal with excellent service. Highly recommend.

2/23/24@ 11:50am , I ordered large fry to be made fresh to order at the drive thru . Cashier informed me that for my food to be made fresh I have to come it’s raining and I has a physical disability. I asked when this policy start , I have never been told that before. She stated her mangers I asked for the name of the manager she didn’t give me name and stated for me to call back to speak to one. The problem is the food should be fresh to begin and it’s not this is not acceptable as the price of everything is going up but to lie and make up your on personal policies are ridiculous
