Yesterday I went to this location in Clemmons Nc at 9:46 pm with my whole family, I drove 15 minutes, we had in mind to eat some delicious chicken sandwiches, when I got to the speaker to order it said it was closed, I went to the window the employee told me He said that they were already closed, I told him what time they closed, he said that at 10:00 pm I told him that there were 14 minutes left, he responded that everything was already turned off, I told him thank you that I would never come back again, very bad service

Worst customer service ! Refused to cook me a crispy Sandwich said they had closed all fryers , we drove their 10minutes before closing and said they could not cook chicken! Yall need to get it together and hire people that want to work.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but the lack of hustle from the staff is abysmal. They seemed overwhelmed with 2 people in line and 3 cars in the drive thru. To top it off, they forgot my sauce and I had to go back for it. There’s no wonder it was so empty on a Sunday morning after church.

1st trip inwas asked to pull ahead and waited 15 minutes before I went inside and got my food. Second trip I'm asked to wait as soon as I pull up to order, after 5 minutes with only one other car in the drive thru line I give up on this bojangles. Taco bell next door had me in and out in 3

This location has the WORST service. I was in the actual drive through line for 30 minutes. The staff couldn't do their job for talking and playing around. They had me pull to wait on my food. I waited over 10 minutes. It never got brought out to me. I had to go inside and get it. They might could remember they had customers waiting if they would stop playing and DO THEIR JOB!!

Idk if they always understaffed or what. Everytime I try to go inside they take over 30 minutes to attend two people in line. Yesterday I went through the drive thru, they didn't even respond when I pulled up and I tried calling them to take my order. Nothing, no hello, no give me one minute or something. I try to be patient but sometimes it's not worth it. They keep getting my food wrong but most of the time though they always forget something on my order. When I'm there I notice it's a bunch of new employees so I try to be understanding but they messing up my order is a consistent thing.

I was a shift manager here at this location. no one washed their hands, they would pack orders without gloves. our freezer broke and the food was thawed out completely and we were not allowed to throw it away. we had to cook and serve it anyway. I was not allowed to make anyone wash their hands or use gloves, other managers were picking up food without gloves or washing their hands. I found hair in the cheese. I found the breading flour with marinated chicken on the container and bucket. I found old packs of chicken and ham. Management is the problem at this location my higher up manager was a joke and let people do what they want and that's why this location is getting worse. I walked away from this job due to numerous reasons and everyone being unsanitary was one of them. I took pictures of most of the incidents but the General Manager and area Director did not care. customer service here doesn't exist. employees will cuss out the customers and slam the window in their face. The General Manager has cussed out customers and chased them out the door. If your general manager is horrible and unprofessional then your staff will be as well. lead by example definitely applies at this location . rude incompetent leader equals rude and incompetent staff. This place is a disaster and a disappointment

Today I went to get food and they gave me the wrong order and the lady told me to wait 20 minutes for my new order and BAD ATTITUDE and it’s bad customer service and I’m sure it will not open for long and it is RIDICULOUS!

Haitian Sensation

Went and ordered a chicken biscuit. Nastiest biscuit I've ever tasted in my life! Tasted life a sponge.Was so disgusted didnt even want another biscuit. I used to work at Bojangles so it's sad to see the decline in service over the years. Wish I could give negative stars!
