Yesterday I went to this location in Clemmons Nc at 9:46 pm with my whole family, I drove 15 minutes, we had in mind to eat some delicious chicken sandwiches, when I got to the speaker to order it said it was closed, I went to the window the employee told me He said that they were already closed, I told him what time they closed, he said that at 10:00 pm I told him that there were 14 minutes left, he responded that everything was already turned off, I told him thank you that I...read full review

Worst customer service ! Refused to cook me a crispy Sandwich said they had closed all fryers , we drove their 10minutes before closing and said they could not cook chicken! Yall need to get it together and hire people that want to work.

I don’t typically leave reviews, but the lack of hustle from the staff is abysmal. They seemed overwhelmed with 2 people in line and 3 cars in the drive thru. To top it off, they forgot my sauce and I had to go back for it. There’s no wonder it was so empty on a Sunday morning after church.
