My husband and I have always loved Cherries and were frequent customers. But recently feel the running and organization has been terrible. For one we live almost 30 mins away, my husband will go at lunch to get food that they list they have for day, to get there and not have it at all, or only have 1 item of food. So we end up annoyed we wasted time driving there to not be able to get what they have advertised having. My husband then put a order in for cake to be picked up next day, and was told they would have it ready for us at 11 . Soon as they opened. Once again he leaves work to drive to get there to be told they didn’t put order in for the cake. They are nice and I love their food but we’ve wasted so many drives and time going there to be told they didn’t have what they posted on having that day.

Love the food, however strongly leaning on never returning. The lady up front is perhaps the most rude person ever. First two times I assumed she was simply having a bad day. Today was no different. Mgt needs to address this asap!

I bought a chicken pie, expecting it to be the same wonderful dish ( my favorite) served in the past at the cafe. It was terrible. The only good thing was that the chicken was shredded, but the flavor and the greasy gravy were not. The crust was also unlike what they used to serve, nor was it like the usual crust on a Moravian or any other chicken pie. It was $20 and really unappealing.
I love this place every year we order the Chicken Pies and desserts for the Holidays. This is truly a wonderful benefit for Clemmons Community. Keep up the Great work.

Ordered a special cake for our moms 80th birthday because it was her favorite. Went to pick it up and was not iced and big gouges out of the cake where it stuck to the pan. When asked about the caramel fudge icing they said they had it in the back and would take care of it. It was terrible people need to take pride in there product this was such a disappointment and to send out a cake that looked the way this did is just bad business.
