A true hidden gem in Clemmons! Mama mia has a wide variety of Italian ice brought in from New York. I've tried several flavors (my favorite being orange vanilla) & it truly is the most creamy & flavor Italian ice I've had.If Italian ice isn't your thing they also have frozen bagels brought in from New York as well. Mama Mia's is a hidden gem in Clemmons! I walked in expecting Italian Ice and was very pleasantly surprised to see the wide variety of products products they have shipped in from New York. They have a huge assortment of bagels shipped in from New York as well as different breads and pizza dough. I got half a dozen bagels and they did not disappoint!
