I went on a tour of the facility with a small group of home schoolers. All the kiddos in our group were engaged and really enjoyed the tour. The history of the family was one of the highlights for myself. I do believe the cookie samples were the highlight of the tour for the kiddos.

I called Mrs. Hanes Cookies at the very last minute before Christmas expecting them to have sold out of my favorites. Chelsea, the Customer Service Agent at Mrs. Hanes, was so very bubbly and helpful, but would not make promises on delivery. Two hours after our conversation, I received an email from UPS stating that scheduled delivery was Christmas Eve. Not only are the cookies the world's best cookies, but the customer service is on the same level. There is professionalism...
