I placed an order tonight for 2 large pizzas, mozz sticks, and wings. I was told it would be an hour for pickup. I arrive to pick up my order and they don't have it. After the cashier and the cooks search I'm told they must have lost the ticket. I said, "so you took my order over the phone and just lost it?" She shrugs her shoulders at me and says "must be." The girl was very rude and not apologetic all. Not once did she apologize or try to compensate me in any way. Terrible customer...read full review
