I sometimes forget to leave reviews. It is just on occasion a service is so great it compels me ;) we got a delivery today and it was so fast I just knew it would not be cooked haha. But it was, and it was super fresh. We got the homemade pan with extra sauce and extra pepperoni. It was amazing! We also got the brownies, and they were fresh as well. I am just super impressed. I placed an order for pick up on Super Bowl Sunday 5:35pm. I got 3 large 1 topping pizzas for $7.99 each. One was extra cheese, one was pepperoni, and the last was pepperoni with bbq sauce at the base. There was a Carryout Time of Approximately 19-29 minutes. It took about 20 minutes before I was notified via pizza tracker that the order was in the oven. I received another notification that my pizza was ready at 6:05pm. Order curbside pickup at own risk. I spent 40 minutes near the facility with the idea that the quoted time was correct. When I stepped inside to see if something was wrong after seeing my order was still in the “prep” stage, I see my name on their order board with 90minutes next to it. I had to cancel the order. I’ve never seen a pizza order take 3 hours to fulfill, and today wasn’t going to be that day.
