I sometimes forget to leave reviews. It is just on occasion a service is so great it compels me ;) we got a delivery today and it was so fast I just knew it would not be cooked haha. But it was, and it was super fresh. We got the homemade pan with extra sauce and extra pepperoni. It was amazing! We also got the brownies, and they were fresh as well. I am just super impressed. This is actually our second order we have gotten from the store and the first one was just as fast and also just as fresh as well actually. I thought that would be a fluke. Lol The best part was the delivery guy knew my name and told me that they really appreciate me and I really appreciated that!

Didn't hate it ,I ordered that day and went to pick it up and there was a blackout in a wide area around us even miles away I was told it may not even be fixed for hours so I just called an out of area place and ordered my pizza from a competitor. SORRY.

Walked in at 11pm. Sign has store hours open til 12am, with two people working inside. Was told the lobby was closed which made no sense. Why was the door not locked if your lobby isn't open?

This place never puts any sauce on the pizza. I always ask for extra sauce and it's still not even close to how much Papa John's or any other place puts on their pizza regularly.
I placed an order for pick up on Super Bowl Sunday 5:35pm. I got 3 large 1 topping pizzas for $7.99 each. One was extra cheese, one was pepperoni, and the last was pepperoni with bbq sauce at the base. There was a Carryout Time of Approximately 19-29 minutes. It took about 20 minutes before I was notified via pizza tracker that the order was in the oven. I received another notification that my pizza was ready at 6:05pm. The app/website says the address is 12201 Peters Creek Pkwy, Winston Salem NC 27127, but that's not correct. If you use that, you'll be at the right place. It's actually about 4-5 minutes down the street from that address. They need to update that. I arrived at 6:10pm. There were no other customers present. My food was actually ready and the staff was friendly. I paid and then went on my merry way. The pizzas were delicious and it was enjoyable. I had some leftover, so that was dinner the next day.

I agree with the person that said this location has changed ! We used to never have an issue but past two times our order was wrong. We like our pizza very crispy (well done and to make sure they put it through twice but not burnt) well it was the soggiest pizza and we couldn't eat it. It was the worst pizza I have ever had! :( won't be using thus location either. I guess I should have learned last time.

Staff unable to bring my order to my car which was in the handicapped spot right in front of the door. I use a walker and can't carry the pizza.
