Alright, this is *several* visits and DoorDash orders in the making.
Consistently out of major menu items (including bread), terrible customer service (they seem to expect everyone to just use the kiosks to order and get extremely irritable when someone can't/won't), the seating area is almost always some degree of dirty (crumbs, dust, sticky tables), and has recently been very stingy about refunding when items are out of stock and the kiosk hasn't been updated.

Honestly, the food is mostly fine but our order is just never correct. Something, usually several somethings, is always missing when we get out order home. And they’re always so nonchalant about it. One time, no big deal! Mistakes happen. But we just had it happen for the 3rd time in a row. It’ll be our last order at this location. It’s just not worth the hassle.
