Although it can be difficult to navigate the traffic to reach this hidden gem it is well worth it.

Yes we have all been to a Starbucks before. We all know what to expect of the flavors and line up of coffee and preparation methods.

What makes this location stand out are the wonderful employees.

Friendly and professional as well as having contagious happiness vibes.

I always enjoy stopping by or driving through the drive through because of how friendly and professional the staff is. They make the customer feel heard and appreciated and that is becoming more and more rare these days.

SELECTIVELY KIND. I came through, I’m a busy mom of 3 so I have to transfer money to be able to pay for things and I’m driving so it’s a process. I have a complex drink, meaning it’s a special drink from the secret menu and it’s hard to remember all the ingredients so I ALWAYS order from the app, however they legitimately asked me to pay with card and not order in the app which CROSSES CUSTOMERS BOUNDARIES.

They acted kind toward me but condescendingly asked me to order 4-7 minutes in advance. I felt like such a child when I’m nearly 30 years old. I will NOT go back to this place. I only like good vibes not JUDGEMENTAL vibes with kind wrapping.

Jonestown is so much better. They’re compassionate when I’m struggling to order on time. They don’t make preconceived judgments about people and how they do things because it’s a come as you are type of place and they’re always busy, but they are super fast. And I have to mention they always greet me with a smile and wish me a good day too, which is above and beyond behavior and that’s daily.

I can be pretty shy, so it’s nice to be treated well not treated poorly because of that personality trait.

I came through the drive thru. I ordered a pumpkin spice white mocha and received a peppermint white mocha. The girl asked for the drink back and threw it away.. which Starbucks always gives you the drinks they mess up anyway. And the blonde girl in the drive thru was rude.. wasn't paying attention at all.. gave me the wrong size straw twice... 🤦

After checking the second drink she remade.. it's still wrong.. and with an attitude. Terrible.

Workers here are noticeably not happy that you come in to order coffee, I’ve been in there on multiple occasions studying seeing the workers talk bad about people that are about to enter the store. You’re never greeted either it’s straight to ā€œwhat do you wantā€ or ā€œwhat can I get youā€ are the interactions I’ve had from them.

unbelievable, the barista was so occupied for filling online orders that they literally ignored me for 15 minutes while I stood at the counter, waiting to order a cup of coffee.

Starbucks is our go-to for a treat. My kids love their refreshers and cake pops, and I can always count on a perfectly made latte. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the atmosphere is cozy. A great place to grab a drink, relax, and enjoy something delicious

I ordered a tall vanilla sweet cream cold brew, with 3 pumps sf vanilla and sweet cream on the side. They gave me a grande cold brew with barely any ice in it. Only 2 pumps of regular vanilla not sugar free. Then when I told the girl my order was wrong she told me just to keep it. I am so pissed for paying 6$ for a coffee I didn’t even want and then not fixing it. Terrible management.
