Starbucks is our go-to for a treat. My kids love their refreshers and cake pops, and I can always count on a perfectly made latte. The staff is friendly, service is quick, and the atmosphere is cozy. A great place to grab a drink, relax, and enjoy something delicious

I ordered a tall vanilla sweet cream cold brew, with 3 pumps sf vanilla and sweet cream on the side. They gave me a grande cold brew with barely any ice in it. Only 2 pumps of regular vanilla not sugar free. Then when I told the girl my order was wrong she told me just to keep it. I am so pissed for paying 6$ for a coffee I didn’t even want and then not fixing it. Terrible management.

I went through the drive thru for 3 coffees. They made 1 in error. After re-making it They offered us the one that was made incorrectly. Let's just say my husband had a treat when we got home.

Absolutely disgusted and disappointed. I came through today for my usual coffee to find all but 1 staff member that I could see, wearing pajamas. Aren't Absolutely freakin kidding me, pajamas! I'm sorry but red Deadpool with a spike mowhawk pajamas is not the attire I want to see when I am asking someone to make me a 9$ coffee. It's bad enough I have to come and watch staff play with their nose piercings while behind the counter, but now I have to see your bed time jammies as if you are ready to go back to bed. Luckily today I noticed that their is another barissta around the corner that will more than likely be making my wife, my daughter's and my coffee from now on. Starbucks, yall are a major corporation, do better or just cave and become the dollar tree of the coffee industry.

This location has no signs of management and leadership, there is basically a bunch of kids running the place like kids. I paid $35 + tip for 2 coffees, 2 pound cakes and 4 packs of cookies. There are no greetings and the production line is ineffective. My coffees that needed to be prepared came ready but not my pound cake, which did not need to be made, just handed over. So, I asked the cashier, where do I get my cake. She said, oh, its right here and then proceeded to take another order. i interrupted and asked, can you please hand it to me, my coffee is getting cold. It is basic food service convention to bring the order all at once. I didn't buy coffee or cake, I bought coffee and cake. You see, they come together. Starbucks charges a hefty premium. $35 is not chump change. How dare I ask for $35 worth.

I go here nearly everyday & have never been so poorly treated. Ordered a drink that typically is good, this one was not at all. Informed Stephanie (after we had to wait for our 2 sandwiches for 15 min) that it was not good and if i could switch it for coffee of same value or something.. she came back with “well you did order that..” terrible experience, someone get this child some help with her job. She had 4 people to serve and couldn’t handle it alone. I just threw my drink in the trash & went elsewhere. Very disheartening to be treated this way.

I love Starbucks but this one is a hit or miss. I like Macchiatos. When I order a Carmel macchiato with an extra shot and oat milk I should taste more than the coffee shots and lately that what it’s been. No other Starbucks just this one

I frequent this location as well as others (Winston Salem, High Point and Greensboro). I don't ever get my drink at this location the way I request. The interaction is always condescending. I always tip no matter what. If other locations can consistently actually listen and get my order right, this one should as well.

The last 10 orders from Starbucks I have had to throw away
The coffee is bitter tastes old and burned and the flavors milk and sugars do not cover it up its so bad
These drinks at $6-7 and I have tried to keep on hoping they would correct but it hasn’t happened I want to love it

The parking lot here makes me want to never return. There is an entrance & exit only if you use the drive thru, but if you park (which I did because the drive thru line was insane), you cannot get out without driving the wrong way in a one way lot & then waiting for some nice person to let you pass between waiting cars to leave. I won't return to this very slow, inconvenient location again.
