Out of wheat bread, chicken, tuna and most drinks. Didn't even have tea. Could have found something to eat and drink but couldn't deal with the attitude of the girl behind the counter. Don't think we'll be back

2nd bad experience I’ve had at this location the 1st bad experience was a few weeks ago I went inside the store and want grated or anything and I was there at least 5 minutes so at that point I just walked out it was in the afternoon….. today I went 30 mins prior to closing time and they had everything put up well before 9 pm why have a certain closing time if your employees aren’t going to abide by it….

This location never has what you want, they are constantly out of meat and cheese. I’m sure the employees feel awful telling customers that they are out of everything. It is very frustrating, and happens no matter what day of the week you go or time of day.

The manager (supervisor?) lady who works on Fridays is very respectful and really tries to run a proper restaurant. For comparison the Subway in Mocksville is an absolute mess and I'll never return.

First, the rating for this Subway location is not for the staff working there. They are pleasant and helpful. On numerous occasions, I have placed online orders only to find out they are out of meat. The last time I was there, they were out of ham, pepperoni, and turkey. The staff apologized and seemed very frustrated with the situation. It seems the issue is with the owner, not the staff.

The owners of this location are a total joke!The staff are all awesome.All of the staff were Polite, funny, outgoing.Very friendly, but unfortunately they have to be way over apologetic due to the owner’s laziness.No cheese, no tuna, no meatballs, bread is horrible!!I got enough stale bread crumbs to make fried chicken tonight.I contributed my sandwich to the Statesville Landfill.The employees should just walk off and leave

A group of us ordered on the app and some ordered at the store. They were out of cheese, pickles, onions, meatballs, ice. The guy that ordered a meatball sub got a sub with just pepperoni and nothing else on it. How do you run out of that much food. You need to get it together!!!!

I just stopped here for some breakfast and it was the friendliest experience I have ever had. They were out of a few food items and their drink machine was down but the employee let me know that immediately. She apologized and let me know that they are working on getting a part for the drink machine and that they hadn’t had a food restock yet. She was sweet, kind, and made a potentially frustrating experience a pleasant one!

Vegetarian options: You always get a veggie delite with a bunch of veggies. Some places have a veggie patty. Breakfast is great for an egg and cheese on flatbread plus veggies!
