Friday night at 7:30 , mind you they close at 9. They only have white & wheat bread. Okay that’s fine, I want a meatball sub - no meatballs. When it comes to toppings , only the lettuce is full, I asked for green peppers , they said uhhh I guess if you wait I have to cut them. Two teenagers in there, high as hell no care in the world, eating as they are serving us. What a disgrace. 0/10

How does this place continue to be out of products. They are constantly out of ham,turkey,meatballs and etc.
Today,they are out of bread. Like WTH. This is by far the worst subway I've ever encountered.

The Cleveland, NC Subway restaurant has seating for around 8, with standing room. The 2 employees were extremely polite and helpful. I needed something to eat on my way home and this corner location was perfect. I got a ham and cheese on cheese bread, with green peppers, mustard and extra pickles. In and out in less than 10 minutes. This will be my new stop when going to and from Landis/Enochville/ Kannapolis via the scenic route!

This is the second time in a month we visited this location. They are unable to toast a sandwich. Very disappointed so we left without ordering.

I’ve stopped at this Subway location twice now, and both experiences were disappointing. The first time, I walked in to order, and the employee immediately told me they were out of chicken, ham, turkey, and only had white bread available. That left very few options, so I walked out.

Honestly, I had forgotten about that experience and decided to give it another try while traveling. This time, I placed an online order in advance. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told they were out of ham—again. How does a sandwich shop constantly run out of basic meats like ham, turkey, and chicken?

To make matters worse, items that were listed as available on the app—like beverages—weren’t even in stock at the store. If you don’t have them, don’t offer them online.

It really makes you wonder if they’re truly out of stock or if the staff just doesn’t want to restock items. To top it off, they still managed to get my sandwich order wrong—even though the exact order was written down right in front of them.

If this location wants return customers, they need to do better. Running out of core ingredients and getting simple orders wrong is unacceptable.

Most of the Subways around here have continual issues with inventory and friendliness… but not this location! We just go here now because they are always very friendly and take good care of us even if the order occasionally needs changed.

Location closes at 9:00 PM; came in at 8:45PM. Asked two times and they said yes we close at 9:00PM ET. Sighing and asking for the order and order without any time to see what we wanted. Why work a closing shift when you don’t want to work until closing time? Some people don’t deserve jobs… pretty ridiculous for a subway…

Pretty much the same as the last few reviews. Truly wish since it's one of the only places around that it would improve. Unsure if poor ownership here, but in most franchises you need to keep numbers up to stay open... Sending your customers next door to buy bowls for your salads isn't a good way to do that. Also out of all but one kind of bread no meatballs... 🫣 Probably one of the least pleasant of the unpleasant experiences we've had there. I dont even like to leave bad reviews but someone needs to read these...

If you ever want to see a business just going through the motions, this is it. They're out of most everything, and what they do serve you is stale, old, frozen, and just plain unappetizing. But wait, there's more. Some of the worst attitudes to ever populated a sandwich shop are working the counter.
Truly no reason to ever return here.
