Subway

Bought 3 subs. Not a single one was remotely right. Noone will answer the phone. This place has gone downhill so much it might as well go out of business and quit stealing our money

Location closes at 9:00 PM; came in at 8:45PM. Asked two times and they said yes we close at 9:00PM ET. Sighing and asking for the order and order without any time to see what we wanted. Why work a closing shift when you don’t want to work until closing time? Some people don’t deserve jobs… pretty ridiculous for a subway…

Pretty much the same as the last few reviews. Truly wish since it's one of the only places around that it would improve. Unsure if poor ownership here, but in most franchises you need to keep numbers up to stay open... Sending your customers next door to buy bowls for your salads isn't a good way to do that. Also out of all but one kind of bread no meatballs... 🫣 Probably one of the least pleasant of the unpleasant experiences we've had there. I dont even like to leave bad reviews but someone needs to read these...

If you ever want to see a business just going through the motions, this is it. They're out of most everything, and what they do serve you is stale, old, frozen, and just plain unappetizing. But wait, there's more. Some of the worst attitudes to ever populated a sandwich shop are working the counter.
Truly no reason to ever return here.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a subway in my life!! They were completely out of everything when I didn’t order correctly. The girl threw my whole sub in the trash right in front of me horrible!!

Never have anything that customers want

Makes sense why they are struggling to stay in business. Customer service like this definitely doesn’t help.

This is by far the worst restaurant not only in Cleveland, but it Is the worst Subway i’ve ever been to. The last three times that I’ve been there they were out of cold cuts, no meat and no professional courtesy. Tonight I went in no one was running the kitchen after standing there by myself for 10 minutes. I noticed employees hanging around the back part of the entrance of the building, not tending to even the one customer that was in the restaurant. This type of behavior is uncalled for unacceptable.

How you gonna have a subway and not have anything but ham and turkey to make a sub with? I understand location is bad. But come on

Every time I come into this subway I am greeted with a smile. If there is any wait time they apologize and get the food out as quick as they can. I have been to other subways and felt like I was a burden but this one has very friendly staff.

I’ll sit here a complain about management and always being out of something but y’all forget this is a business and you’re the only ones that are mad about it only people who don’t know how to act like the age that they are the only people who get mad about it so y’all can take yourself somewhere else

They are lazy and also never have anything. I went in there the other day last week and they had barely meat and their drink machine was warm because their ice was frozen.I'm sure everyone who goes here knows they suck!! Just came back the next day for a cookie and they didn't have it didn't have the churro no pretzels. They absolutely suck!!! This place needs to be out of business if they aren't gonna have anything.

Out of wheat bread, chicken, tuna and most drinks. Didn't even have tea. Could have found something to eat and drink but couldn't deal with the attitude of the girl behind the counter. Don't think we'll be back

2nd bad experience I’ve had at this location the 1st bad experience was a few weeks ago I went inside the store and want grated or anything and I was there at least 5 minutes so at that point I just walked out it was in the afternoon….. today I went 30 mins prior to closing time and they had everything put up well before 9 pm why have a certain closing time if your employees aren’t going to abide by it….
