I work at the Outdoor Living & More store at the Outlets. Saturday they had a truck meet. I decided I was hungry and I'd see if someone had s cornfog or something. I saw Hit the Pit BBQ. I approached the window hoping for brisket but they had only prepared a hog for this shindig. I ordered one pp sandwich and a side of Mac n Cheese. While the side was pretty standard the pulled pork sammich was anything but. It comes with a Sweet Baby Ray dipping sauce which I found amusing....
Friendly people with good, wholesome food at great prices. You get a whole lot of value for the money with no cut corners, just good cooking. They also have a truck set up at the Discount Shoes parking lot off Brevard Rd.
Jeff was an absolute dream to work with to cater my and my husbands wedding. Our original venue was destroyed by Hurricane Helene and Jeff was more than willing to step in and provide food on a relatively short notice during the chaotic fallout of the water system being down. The food was wonderful and he was sure to work with allergy requirements for our guests. I would definitely jump at an opportunity to work with Jeff again.
