I stopped over there as a quick lunch stop on my way into work. I asked for a Fish sandwich and asked if they could ask cheese. I have not been to Arbys in a long time so I didn't know there were 3 different fish sandwiches. The girl on the drive through was rude and sound mad that I asked for cheese. Then I get to the window and the guy didn't say hi, or even look at me, took my payment and handed me my food. No thank you, no have a nice day..NOTHING! Had his hoodie on top of his head! Ya'll need to take some customer service training from Chick-Fli-A! You won't ever have to worry about me coming back over there! Just bad energy!

employees were rude and disrespectful, i came in around 12:30 pm and waited 30 mins on a chicken sandwich and fries to my disbelief i saw the dude on back line walking around with his hands in his pants. the older woman that took my order was very rude and was making jokes about me behind my back. 0/10 do better arby’s.

There was a boy an a girl standing at the entrance outside. As I pull in the girl is literally pointing her finger an has soo much to say because it was 9:24pm and I was coming to order food.
I literally turned around and advise her a piece of my mind of how disrespectful it was that not only was I coming to get food, and still was even though there were standing out there vaping. but then to see she was upset because they were having to come an take an order that I would let them continue to stand out there and smoke. I even asked since she had so much to say, bc my window was down, was there anything else she would like to say now. Of course not. If she hated her job that much she doesn't need to be there. Either of them. Period!
