It's slowly going down hill. Ordered a hamburger Swiss meal. After I drove off received cold dried up crinkle fries, the hamburger wasn't there instead they gave me a room temperature chicken sandwich with bacon and Swiss cheese on it. Then it took 10 minutes at the drive thru window that to get my meal. There was no car in front of me or no one else in the parking lot. I use to enjoy coming to this establishment but I should have passed it and went to Chic Filet next door.

The food was not good, especially the crinkle fries which we usually like. We needed it to actually be fast food, so we ate the roast beef sandwiches which were substandard. Then I walked into the restaurant and was told they'd get me a refund for the fries, but they never did. They said my order wouldn't show in the system, even though the worker was looking at my receipt. The manager was not at the store so was called on the phone. I was told to come back another day and get a refund. I was told they'd fix fresh fries or I could choose something else. I left with my receipt and have the names of the manager and the worker who called the manager on the phone. We've had trouble with the service there previously but decided to give them another chance.

October 3rd, 2025 at 110pm. Bogo deal. Less meat, more money. It’s no longer the same here. The horsey sauce doesn’t even taste right. It use to open up my nasal passages, now it tastes like tangy mayonnaise. I’m very disappointed at this point. Looks like a whole new staff also. Full of youngsters. Not good. Bring back what made this location outstanding and worth my money. 😤😤😤😤😤😤😤
July 15th at 140 pm. I came in pretty hungry and wanted to try the new cheesesteak sandwich. So I ordered that with crinkle cut fries for dine in as well as a medium drink. The sandwich tastes pretty good. Only problem is that the size in. The picture is much bigger than what you get when. Ordered. Skinny sandwich. A little disappointed with that. It tastes great but I’ll stick with my normal beef and cheddar sandwich from now on. Cheesesteak sandwich just wasn’t filling for the price. I still enjoy Arby’s but I won’t jump into a new sandwich like that again until I’m sure it’s worth it. So for me, it’s back to the basics. My classic double beef and cheddar.
This is an easy place to get your order. I love it because they great deals on the app. When I come pick it up, I enjoy my order every single time. This is one of the restaurants where it’s easy to like. Honestly for me, I prefer much better than spots like McDonald’s etc. speedy service every time. During this time of day it’s peaceful and balanced here. Thank you.

Arby's has some good menu items....I went for the new Arby Q sandwich and they did not have them....so I got a double roast beef Combo and a beef and cheddar sandwich for work....the double roast beef was not in my order instead I got 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches one with sauce and one without sauce.....I had ask for no sauce on the beef and cheddar sandwich....I hate not getting what I paid for as the double roast beef cost more than a beef and cheddar sandwich....I guess we just have to sit there and go through everything in the bag before we leave the driveway to make sure everything is included which you shouldn't have to do....but it's like that at every fast food restaurant something is going to be wrong with your order everything

My concern is when I hand the window worker my visa card and then they set it down and walk away. I get concerned not very good business oriented. One other time there was a car in front of me and the yelling was so loud inside I didn't know if I should call police .as it was my turn at the window drive thru everyone acted like nothing happened.
Bread on my Sandwich was burnt not toasted if I can add a picture here I will. Why make a sandwich like this and hand it to a customer who paid $10 for it?

If I could give less than 1 star i would. Ordered 2 big beef and cheddar meals. No other customers, only me. Drove 15 min. to get home. Order was wrong, instead of beef and cheddar, I got 2 cheeseburgers. Food was a sloppy cold mess. Fries were hard and cold. Everything tasted liked it was old and reheated. Will never go to the place again. If I'm the one ly person there, how could they possibly have got it wrong.
The worst Arby's experience can be found here. Arby's mozzarella sticks are the best in the fast food business, but somehow, they ruined them being soggy and cold. Fish sandwich was even worse.

I stopped over there as a quick lunch stop on my way into work. I asked for a Fish sandwich and asked if they could ask cheese. I have not been to Arbys in a long time so I didn't know there were 3 different fish sandwiches. The girl on the drive through was rude and sound mad that I asked for cheese. Then I get to the window and the guy didn't say hi, or even look at me, took my payment and handed me my food. No thank you, no have a nice day..NOTHING! Had his hoodie on top of his head! Ya'll need to take some customer service training from Chick-Fli-A! You won't ever have to worry about me coming back over there! Just bad energy!
