Love the franchise overall. It’s really a hit or miss at this place..ever since it opened, I seem to have a 50-50 shot of my order being right, even after going so far as to have the order read back to me. Grilled nuggets are just that, I don’t need the breaded ones every time I order.
The food has gone down hill in the past year. You were able to get a thick piece of chicken breast when you ordered the chicken sandwich. Now you get more breading than chicken and sometimes dont even cover the tiny bun it is on
Definitely one of the best Chick- fila's around.

Chick-fil-A has staff with top notch customer service skills. However, the restaurant had an issue with a mobile breakfast order. The location has two drive-thru lines, but only uses one, not utilizing the second one for mobile orders like other locations, such as Harrisburg.
