This place is great! They have a great Deli, Bakery, Produce section, and the prices make shopping a little less painful. I save enough per year in gas discounts alone to pay for the membership fee. The nice thing is that even being a warehouse store, you don't have to buy in HUGE bulk like Costco. The sizes are bigger than the average grocery store, but not so massive that you can't finish the product before it expires.

Great shopping and staff. buy in bulk and save gas at the clubs pump.

Last year we purchased a membership during a "special". The membership was offered at $25, and we were promised $40 in store credit -- seemed like a great deal. Except that we never got the $40, and we didn't find the store prices for the things we purchase to be bargains. We cancelled the membership, yet they charged our credit card for a membership renewal again this year -- and they don't answer the phone when I call about it. I'm going to have to go to the store in person to get this cancelled. NEVER AGAIN.

Greetings, hopefully, everyone is well. Our family has been let down by a club that we use multiple times a month. Today, after many calls, and many run-around, we found out that BJS uses door dash to pick up your order but doesn't have that information displayed on any part of their website. Had we known this, we would have picked up our order ourselves. The problem started when it was 30 mins past the time the order we placed online was supposed to be dropped off was supposed to happen. We called to ask what the hold-up was, BJS took no responsibility, only blamed door dash. The manager at BJS failed to put me on hold while he called his manager and we overheard him only worried about how they were going to get credited back the funds. Not that a family of 7 was waiting to eat. Door Dash agreed to redeliver and when they got to the store, BJS canceled, then we called back, and BJS finally agreed to redeliver again, and we ended the door dash call with a plan. Then tried to update our number on BJS and was put on hold for over 30 mins. So we hung up and called BJS back and were told they couldn't update information over the phone. 2 hours after waiting for redelivery, we finally called BJS again to see what the hold-up was, only to be told that they can't complete the order. Finally put family decided to spend $40 to go to the store ourselves, still out of $280, only to spend another $240. When at the store, the workers explained how this manager is known to have issues and is nasty towards many people. The workers also explain that staff just went through a retraining 2 weeks ago where they were supposed to help us but the manager was new, didn’t know all the stuff he should and too prideful to ask for help. Now we have to call door dash back and request a refund for the initial order that will take 48 hours. We are a family of 7, with 5 children. This incident has exhausted us and we wish we had another place to shop but can't afford it.

On July 24th 2022 I ordered a Berkley Jensen Casco Bay 6-Pc. Wicker Deep Seating Set from BJ's. On July 25th received an email that the item had shipped and my credit card would be charged $1604.99 for the product. They have cancelled my scheduled delivery 3 times and when I contact customer service they said all the could do was email the warehouse and contact me when they had an update. Each delivery day I had to make sure someone was home all day as their delivery window is 8am to 4pm. It has been 3 days since I spoke with a customer service rep and no follow up from them on the status of my order. I would not recommend EVER buying anything from BJ's that needs to be shipped. I will try once again tomorrow to cancel my order and request a refund plus interest that has been accruing on my credit card. I would leave a 0 star review if possible.

I visit BJ's in Concord often! The gas is normally the cheapest in town and they always have items I didn't know I needed. I just found out that if you have the app, you can do mobile checkout, thus skipping the line. The bakery is always fresh and they make amazing muffins. Linda, who normally does the receipt check out is always friendly; I've grown very fond of her! This location is always stocked with your every days needs, it also will have plenty of notice if they are out of a product, which is extremely beneficial. I say check Linda and team out, you will not be disappointed appointed!

Buyer beware!! Ever since they switched to "Clipped Coupons" via their BJ's application (due to Covid-19), I have been nearly getting ripped off every week! The way it is supposed to work is you use the app, "clip" what coupons you want to use, then, after you are rung up, the money for the coupons will come off your total bill. Sounds great, except for 6 weeks in a row now, not all the coupons are getting deducted from the bill. You then have to go to customer service, show them that you clipped the coupon, that you chose the correct product(s), that the amount was not taken off the bill, and they will pay you in cash for the difference. If you don't pay attention to your receipt, you will be losing money with every purchase! There's an old saying that it's easier to steal a million dollars from a million people than it is one person. I guess they are putting that to the test!

We got a flat on a vehicle we were towing, luckily it happen after we had arrived to our destination so we replaced it with the spare and drove to this store on Wednesday September 4 to make a long story short I dont even know how the tech at the tire center found out we were Dorian evacuees, he fixed the tire after the time when they take the last customer and he did it for free! Thank you sir and God bless for your goodwill. Came back two more times to this location in the following 48 hours to get supplies

A nice alternative to Sams as they have a deli counter and different brand clothing. We had a mailer that offered a year membership for$25. Otherwise it is not worth the $55 they charge.
