first trip they gave me wrong order and didn't want to correct it. next trip through drive up, had to tell them what we ordered three times....then still had to wait....and they came out to ask us one more time what we ordered.
customer returned chicken because they got the wrong kind and the employee put the chicken back into the tray to be served to someone else. GROSS
I just WATCHED the employee held the container, NO GLOVES ON, for our Dirty Rice and put it in the Dirty Rice pan and scooped the rice in it!!! REALLY!! How sanitary is that container or your hands? Y’all don’t have a scooper or Spatula? SMDH😡
