I have noticed that lately the customer service has greatly improved. The gentleman at the drive thru this morning 5:45am Thursday morning was extremely courteous, and that will keep me coming back. And for those who think this location is nasty, go rethink that after you try the one near Concord Mills!

I just arrived at the Bojangles here on kannapolis parkway and it was shift change whenever I walked in there and the guy on second shift said they were out of just about everything so they need to address first shifts work
