Came into Burger King (Store #5803 on Hwy 29 in Concord, NC) around 6:30 PM. I was the only customer inside, no line in the drive-thru. Six employees on the clock, but it felt like I walked into an "American Idol" audition instead of a restaurant. Lots of singing, zero service. Took way too long just to place an order. Where’s the manager? This crew needs a leader, not a record label.
The service was impeccable!!! Vhainessa was very responsive and attentive and took care of my every need! The food was good as always and came out way quicker than expected. It wouldn't have been as good though if it wasn't for Vhainessa.

This is one of the best Burger Kings I have visited in a long time. The service was excellent, and the employees were friendly and very professional. Their customer service exceeded my expectations. Two employees, Lateria and Traci, especially stood out with their exceptional behavior.

Ordered a happy meal with a burger and fries for my daughter. Got home and realized they forgot to put the burger in the bag. I called to speak with a manager. I would have been better off speaking to a 3 year old. No apology over the phone, just a "I'll write your name down and you can come and get a burger tomorrow". Horrible customer service. Also want to note, nobody was even in the drive through line when I went through. So they were dead slow and still screwed up the order, then failed to simply apologize for the mistake.

This review has been edited from 1 star to 4 stars based on a conversation with the General Manager. She called and heard my concerns with an open mind and assured me that action will be taken and continuous trainings are happening to improve the customer experience.*
I think this might be the worst Burger King in the entire state. I’ve only given it more than one chance because it’s 4 minutes from my house and everyone has an off day. Yesterday was my fourth and final attempt and not one time has it been a good experience. They once took 40 minutes to prepare a mobile order.
The final straw was last night. I put in a mobile order and was prepared to wait a ludicrous amount of time and probably have to go inside for missing items but I wasn’t prepared to pull in and have them tell me the store was closed. I had placed the mobile order 6 minutes prior and my money was taken. The sign on the window said they should be open. The woman at the window refused to make the food or refund my money. She told me I could complain in the app about it.

This bk is amazing great service and great people. I love what the GM have done with the store and I love they break me and my daughter go here just about every morning before school for breakfast and the crew is just amazing and my food is always fresh and hot
