We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here on 12/7/25 and while the kids had a great time, the beginning was rough. Despite arriving early, our party wasn’t set up until 30 minutes after the start time. The initial staff member seemed confused about our reservation and didn’t know where to seat us, which left seven restless kids waiting with no play passes offered.
Thankfully, Adriana stepped in and completely saved the day. She got us a larger table, set everything up beautifully, and was incredibly accommodating. They also offered discounts for the inconvenience.
The kids loved the food and had a blast, but the staff communication and party prep definitely need improvement. Adriana was amazing and turned the experience around.

About what you'd expect at a Chuck E. Cheese Decent service. About 5 or 6 games didn't work which was a little disappointing but whatever. Nothing to really rave about though. Take care.

Trash everywhere, tables not being cleaned, half the games aren't working. Really disappointed because we love chuck e cheese when we travel. Pizza was the only thing decent. Employees were so so. Could be better.
I got the monthly pass for granddaughter. So we visit a lot! The pass is a great deal! Only $7.99 a month & we could go every day & get 40 play points each time, if we like! We got our usual meat lovers pizza & wings. The lemon pepper wings tasted great, but only 8 tiny wings for $20! Luckily, the pass saved me 20% on the food! The employees are great, but they were quite busy, and it took us almost 45 minutes to get our food. This is our favorite location to go to, though!
