About what you'd expect at a Chuck E. Cheese Decent service. About 5 or 6 games didn't work which was a little disappointing but whatever. Nothing to really rave about though. Take care.

Trash everywhere, tables not being cleaned, half the games aren't working. Really disappointed because we love chuck e cheese when we travel. Pizza was the only thing decent. Employees were so so. Could be better.
I got the monthly pass for granddaughter. So we visit a lot! The pass is a great deal! Only $7.99 a month & we could go every day & get 40 play points each time, if we like! We got our usual meat lovers pizza & wings. The lemon pepper wings tasted great, but only 8 tiny wings for $20! Luckily, the pass saved me 20% on the food! The employees are great, but they were quite busy, and it took us almost 45 minutes to get our food. This is our favorite location to go to, though!

Everything was great except the molded orange slime coated ice machines. I had to warm everyone in there NOT TO GET ICE. Oh and they gave us dirty celery for the kids. Check the camera I have to throw some away because it was CAKED with dirt. Other than that everything else was great
Pleasantly surprised by this place. We haven't been in years because it is usually so loud and wild in there. They actually turned the sound down some because our friend was very sensitive to sound. That made it much more enjoyable. The birthday party host was very sweet and attentive.

Absolute worst experience at any Chuck E. Cheese I’ve ever had. We waited over an hour for a cheese pizza. Within that hour we asked about the wait time on the food twice and was told to continue wait. After which we were told they didn’t have an order and wanted to see the receipt. We asked for a refund because at this time the kids play cards had run out and they asked for a manager to come to the front. The manager then laughed in my face and rolled her eyes because we wanted to ask for a refund with their mistake! Absolutely disgusting attitudes from many of the employees. Horrible experience, piss poor staffing, and will not be coming again.

Food prices were kinda expensive.We got a 2 large pizza and 4 drink combo for 42,00 .Pizza had a much better flavor than it's had in the past.They have a small trampoline area that cost extra ( $10 w/games purchase $20 w/out ) Make sure you go to online find your closest chuck e cheese and check out their coupons
