Cook Out is a popular restaurant that offers great food, despite occasional service issues. The restaurant has a small parking lot with around 15-20 spots, and is wheelchair accessible. Customers generally enjoy the high-quality meals, but have sometimes experienced rude behavior from the staff, such as interrupting orders or making mistakes. In one instance, a customer received a burger with what appeared to be a dropped bun, and was given a rude response when trying to get it fixed. Another customer had a particularly poor experience, waiting a long time at the drive-through and having to repeatedly ask for the correct change.
