This was by far the worst cookout I've been to in a long time. Me and my fiance stopped by yesterday on the way home from running some errands. I'm not going to sit here and write a full paragraph, but everything was terrible. You can't understand anybody at the speaker. The food isn't right. And the inside was total chaos, resulting in much longer wait times than you would hope for a dang cheeseburger. I decided to stop by today on my way into work. Just to see if anything would be different. Exact same crap different day. I will never go to this cookout again.

Unbelievable RUDE and unprofessional! “Tia” that works the drive- thru window must really hate her job and people! We placed our order, and she was rude from the beginning. She kept cutting me off. We ordered sweet tea and received unsweetened tea. We returned and at the speaker I started telling her what was wrong, and she again cut me off rudely saying just pull up. I told her we did not receive any ketchup as well. She just closed the window without saying a word. She was shouting at another employee and then opened the window and THREW, not handing me a bag with a few mustard packets in it. She left the window open and walked away so I said excuse me, what about out three sweet teas. She very rudely said "just wait a minute my God..." It was all I could do not to throw the drinks all over her and tell her wait bi**h she really was. She sat the three tea’s in the window and walked away. Not handing them to me or saying sorry for the mix up. I pulled them out of the window and drove off. My wife put the straws in the drinks and what did we have, Cokes.... I did not return, nor will I ever return there...! If she were an employee of mine, she would be looking for a new job... No questions asked...!!!
