I ordered a couple shakes and they didn't get it right and were a hot mess. They were nice and corrected. Another customer had a similar experience just before me. Just seems like most workers on running around like mad trying to fill orders. Very hit or miss experience.

Seriously we are calling this a bacon wrap? They come with lettuce and this has LITERALLY 1/8th of a piece of a floppy leaf in it. Never in my life. It got worse. Where is the chicken in my quesadilla?

Absolutely terrible experience. We ordered burgers, and my son’s burger was undercooked pink and not safe to eat (we even took a picture). I ordered the grilled chicken club sandwich, and the chicken breast was so hard it was completely inedible. Both meals were a total waste of money. Very disappointing quality and food safety! I do not recommend this location!!

This cookout should fire everyone in there. I take my mom there every other weekend. That are slow, lazy and rude. Sometimes they won’t even answer you at the window. A couple of times we have went and they had hand written notes on the window saying closed on a Saturday. Unbelievable so freaking rude. Idk how it’s still open. The cookout in Monroe NC is awesome. Maybe they should train these lazy lazy rude people in concord. I just don’t understand how it’s still open. I have put up with this over and over. October 4, 2025 was my breaking point. Went to the 1st window no response. While setting there for 6 minutes another car went to other window served and left. Drove up to window to person no one came to it. She stood there and stared at me. Like 5 people standing there looking at us. Never spoke to us. I drive around to the window that the other man was served. Finally her rude self took my order. Very cold at transaction at window. This was race weekend. They should have been hopping and making that cash. What a lost for you cookout. Fire their lazy butts. You can do better. This is going to be another boarded up business closed because of lazy rude people. Too many other places will be glad to take my money. I hope someone at the top can fix it. My mom is 80 and likes it. That’s the ONLY reason I keep trying.

Don’t go here if you have food allergies. They put peanut butter in my boyfriend’s oreo milkshake and he had an allergic reaction. We were the only car there so they weren’t crazy busy, just dumb!

I go there at 2:30 so there’s barely anyone even there, so I order my usual with a DOUBLE order of the white cheddar cheese bites. I was given EIGHT bites. Eleven dollars for 9 pieces of food including the burger. Not sure what’s been happening with this place, but the last few times I’ve been in there it’s always something wrong with my order.
I went to cookout around 5:30 and pulled into the second window and sat there about 10 minutes with no help then pulled around to the other window and was instantly helped which was fine. I got home to eat my chicken quesadilla tray with another chicken quesadilla and Cajun fries and a huge cheerwine. Cheerwine has no ice and was warm and flat. My quesadillas have absolutely no sauce and I do not believe this is extra cheese either. For almost 10 dollars I expect at least a decent meal. I’ve always loved cookout but this one’s food and service is terrible. I won’t be returning to this location.

I come here a few times a week and get a chocolate shake with butterfinger. Tonight on the way home I had very little left in the cup, my cup holder however had a big mess. The bottom of the cup was broken.

Servers are rude, acted like we inconvenienced them to ask for napkins. The one lady saw us standing there waiting to order but continued to text on her phone, had to knock on the glass a couple of times to get her attention. Food was thrown together with meat and veggies hanging out of the bun. burger was burnt and fries were cold and stale. I've had better quality burgers from a gas station warmer box Pricing shows the poor quality of the food and service provided

I ordered cookout style double burger tray no musturd add cheese (look at my burger with these burnt patties that looks like sliders), cajan cheese fríes (no cheese added) I’m highly disappointed after working 11 hrs str8 and no break no lunch and this is the results( we will mail you a coupon) 😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬 mind you they wasn’t at all BUSY!
