Food is great but the service is slow and the employees are rude sometimes for no reason. Definitely need some people skill training.

Went through drive thru in our Truck...waited at the speaker for approximately 10 minutes while the second line moved 3 cars through it. Finally pulled around to the window since no one was in front of us to ask if the speaker worked. We were told the speaker doesn't pick up certain trucks to go around and get back in line to wait again and try to see if it picks up next time. We left, clearly your customers time isn't valuable to your employees.

A whole hour wait just to get 3 trays, we waited 30m in line and then when we got to the mic they made us wait another 20m then another 10 at the window, the guy on the mic was nice but the lady at the window had an attitude but i guess it cancels out just a little because she wasn't cheap about giving sauces

They have the best banana pudding milkshake. The outside of the restaurant was so clean. And the young man at the drive through window was the best.

This is pretty much a drive thru there are some picnic tables and a walk up window. My husband loves their hushpuppies. I love their milkshakes. For the cherry cheesecake is the best but they pretty much have a flavor for everyone.
For my family Cookout is a treat every once in awhile. They get people through the line fast and the food is a pretty consistent quality. It's open very late as well so for a fast-food place they really check all the box.

Came through after work to have dinner, the food was hot & fresh as usual but the cashier (receipt says John) was extremely rude. I truly felt like I was polite & courteous to him throughout the interaction but he made me feel extremely uncomfortable & awkward. When I asked for sauce, he looked at me like I was speaking gibberish and kept making these wide eyes like he was annoyed I was there & ignored me too. He was a young man with braids. I’m not sure if he was having a bad night but I don’t want to come back because of his attitude.
This location was on point. Fast and fresh with a courtesy attitude. Keep up the good work!

I love the burger from cook out but this time until we arrived home the bread is wet because of the heat.. usually it better than that.. I asked for the sauces .. I had 6 order and they were counting the sauce like they gave only 2 sauce

Always good in a pinch. Had an exceptionally good experience last night with lane one of the drive thru, the young lady was very kind and professional. Food was also amazing. Every once in a while we may have a bad experience when it comes to service, usually when maybe the staff might be overwhelmed - but overall this place is very consistent. Thank you!
