Terrible service! could not understand anything through the microphone, person at drive-through dropped my card then closed the window without saying anything and waited for me to pick it up off the ground. Don’t go to this cookout.

Ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap--it had no chicken! Ordered shakes, that had gapping holes in middle so not full shakes at all, asked for no onions on a burger, received a ton of onions

The food wasn’t great. Overly greasy and lacked flavor. The staff was friendly and fast though. I wouldn’t go back but I would hire the drive-through attendant to work for me.

I ordered a chicken strip tray and received THREE CHICKEN NUGGETS, the employees at the window were rude and practically threw my food and sauce at me. I’ll stick with going to the University location.
Just went an got a cheeseburger tray with a sweet tea and the fries were burnt and the tea unsweet, i literally gave my tray to very next homeless person i saw, i recommend going to five guys across the road

I gave a 3 for service, not specifically due to the employees, but, for the fact that I had to wait 10 minutes to get my order taken, while, yes, I was at the menu board. Clearly a systematic / logistics problem. Employees were professional and courteous, and our food was warm and correct...once the order was finally taken.

They've gotten my order wrong twice in 2 weeks. This last time I went back for them to correct it....they got it wrong again. Service is getting bad
