Ordered a chicken bacon ranch wrap--it had no chicken! Ordered shakes, that had gapping holes in middle so not full shakes at all, asked for no onions on a burger, received a ton of onions
I gave a 3 for service, not specifically due to the employees, but, for the fact that I had to wait 10 minutes to get my order taken, while, yes, I was at the menu board.
Clearly a systematic / logistics problem. Employees were professional and courteous, and our food was warm and correct...once the order was finally taken.

11/15, around 23:18 I ordered an original style grilled chicken sandwich tray w/ double nuggets, large hi-c fruit punch no ice. They got the drink right, but gave me someone else’s order. Kinda disappointed/annoyed because I had my mouth set on my meal. Y’all trying to move with a sense of urgency, but lacking in accuracy. Please pay attention to who you’re giving your orders to. Will be coming to this location for a refund.
