Always good in a pinch. Had an exceptionally good experience last night with lane one of the drive thru, the young lady was very kind and professional. Food was also amazing. Every once in a while we may have a bad experience when it comes to service, usually when maybe the staff might be overwhelmed - but overall this place is very consistent. Thank you!
It was great to stop in here while visiting NC to get a Cook Out burger. Nobody does burgers like they do here. The location is a bit tucked away and it is off of a busy road but wasn’t terrible to get into. They do not have inside seating here which is less than ideal but we were able to walk over to the nearby Sonic and sit outside and eat. The food was tasty as usual and the staff was friendly and accommodating for our order. We enjoyed our lunch here.

For my family Cookout is a treat every once in awhile. They get people through the line fast and the food is a pretty consistent quality. It's open very late as well so for a fast-food place they really check all the box.
