This has to be 1 of the worst Cookouts I have ever eaten at. Pulled to the drive thru and was immediately rushed to order. My order was a 1/4 cheese burger tray steak style no lettuce, nuggets, walking taco and a cheerwine to drink. What did I receive? A 1/4 cheese burger with Chilli, which was over cooked and dry, nuggets, a walking taco, and a cheerwine. And here is the recipe attached to my bag. What a big waste of money. ABSOLUTELY TRASH!!

I was traveling and really hungry so hoping to catch a quick meal at the cookout here.I got home and saw my tray like this. The food was too hot that it burned through the tray. I tried to pick through what I could eat that didn't have styro foam on it, but pretty disappointed.I also requested cajun fries too. And didn't get it, but that's besides the point.I gave 2 stars because the girl at the window was nice

Got a cookout tray and when taking a bite of my bacon wrap I felt a sharp pain in my tooth as I bit straight down on a hard piece of plastic. Possibly part of a plastic bread saver? After looking at the reviews looks like this happened to someone else just two weeks ago. Not entirely sure how this happens twice??? Other than the potential dentist visit in my future, the staff were nice as always and the rest of the food was fine.Update- posted this too soon cause I immediately found the rest of the plastic sitting pretty ontop of my burger (atleast it wasn’t inside it this time??) But how no one saw that is wild?UPDATE 2: After about an hour I went to the bathroom to look at my teeth as I realized I’ve had consistent tooth pain from where I bit down on the plastic. To find out that the plastic has sliced a small cut along my gums on the bottom left side of my teeth where I bit down, causing a good bit of bleeding…

Bit into the chicken sandwich and pulled this out of my mouth after about 4 bites in. Looks like a Plastic bread saver. Other than that the rest of the food was good.
The Team working the window and the cook station were on point and had the line moving quickly and smoothly. Nice service.

Right after I took a bite out of my bacon ranch wrap a long hair dangled from remainder the wrap. After vomiting I attempted a fríe that was beyond overly salted both the regular and Cajun fry’s were extremely salty

Love cookout and worth it to get for a meal!My go to is their big double tray with a honey mustard chicken wrap and nuggets and a Reese’s peanut butter shake. As I’m writing this out, I want to go get a milk shake because they are so tasty
