staff is friendly, got my order correct
One of the worst Cook Out experiences I’ve ever had. The double drive through was a complete screwup. The individual taking orders was not capable of listening and recording the requests. All orders were supposed to have double fries and none of them came out with double fries.
Thankfully we were visiting and next time we’re in Charlotte we will choose a different location and are not subject to this level of service at our local Cook Out.
