The food that I ordered was good. My only complaint was the dessert that I ordered. I ordered peach cobbler and when the waitress brought the dessert, It was already in a bag, so I didn't look at it until hours later after I had gotten home. I saw that the dessert was sliced peaches that looked like they had came out of a can, no crust! I went back to the restaurant later that evening and asked for a refund which I received. The moral of this story is.... check your bag and look at your dessert before you leave the restaurant to make sure it is what you ordered.

This particular restaurant was extra busy so there were people including my family who had to wait for an extended period of time. Depending on the meal which made the experience longer, others were waiting and we were finished

Love Cracker Barrel. The Cracker Barrel Store is always nice to browse in and occasionally find something unique to buy.
Atmosphere seemed different in dining room. Extremely bright and overly lit in my opinion to the point it actually hurt my eyes.

Ordered delivery. Missing items for one order and more importantly there was a foreign object in my other order. No one has contacted me back still.

Updated restaurant, looked good. Was not that busy arrived at 1105. Seated waited 15min for a server. Ordered and received drinks and ordered food, burger for wife and friday fish fry for myself. At 1200 our server finally got close enough for us to ask about our food, said she would check. At 1215pm we had not heard from her. Other folks were in the same boat. Seen several food dishes go back. We left. FYI if any one reads the we sat at table 143 and our server was a younger African American lady with tats on her arm. Worst ever cracker barrel experience we have had. Wasted over an hour when we still had 7 hours to go on our trip.

WOW!! I can honestly say that I have NEVER had an experience at a Cracker Barrel that has been this bad. We arrived before 7pm. We waited 28 minutes to be seated, we ordered a mixture of supper and breakfasts and 80% of our food was cold. And I mean chilled/cold! While we were waiting for OUR food, people were leaving who were tired of waiting for THEIR food. Our waitress was SO apologetic and friendly. They ran out of dumplings, collard greens and the mashed potatoes and pancakes wouldn't melt the butter. I will say that the biscuits and corn bread were yummy! They had 2 waitresses for the entire restaurant and I didn't see the manager until we had been there for over an hour. BUT, maybe she was cooking... I have NO idea. She brought out our last replacement of chicken breast AFTER were preparing to pay and leave and didn't even offer to comp our drinks! I'll have to do some major talking to get my family to come here again.

I love Cracker Barrel breakfasts! I noticed that when I ordered the blueberry pancakes, it doesn't come with the small blueberry syrup bottle anymore. Besides that, since it was a Sunday morning, it did take 20 minutes to be seated and 25 minutes for our food to arrive. Our waitress was a little overwhelmed and not as attentive on refilling our coffee cups. Overall, I did enjoy my food and I will be going back!

Literally the slowest Cracker Barrel I’ve ever been to. We waited more than 45 minutes for our food. Had to ask the waitress for the biscuits after 30 minutes of waiting (with a three and one year old). Zero stars.

Seems every time we go to eat there they are out of something I order. You should have the food That's on your menu especially at dinner time.
Great pancakes
I’m giving a 3 because I had to wait 30 minutes to order. I got there at 7:30 am it was not that busy yet. The food was good just bad customer service.
