Chenniss was awesome!! He informed me so well on the menu options I seriously thought I was talking to an AI bot. He spoke very uniform and was very kind.
Coffee was perfect as were the wraps my husband got. Thank you for fixing the extra drink issue! Inside was clean too. Thank you for having a great attitude and a smile for us!
Extremely pleasant atmosphere at this establishment, which isn't always the conditions at some other likewise businesses!!!

Dunkin' offers a variety of donuts and perfect coffee, providing a good experience for customers. The location offers a great view towards Charlotte from the hill and has nice outdoor seating. Customers appreciate the staff's courtesy and the diverse donut selection. The employees are wonderful and provide courteous service, even substituting orders when necessary. This Dunkin' location is better than the one closer to some customers' homes. It is a very clean place with fresh donuts and other pastries, and the staff is always polite, professional, and helpful. The coffee is consistently well-made, tasting the same across visits, which is appreciated by regular customers.
