Good morning happy Saturday. The reviews for this Dunkin leaves a lot to be desired. Nevertheless, I placed an order through the app and went to pick up my order. It was my first time using the Dunkin’ Donuts app- when I arrived at the speaker I told The cashier that I had a pick up order she asked me the name. I told her and she told me come on around Samantha. I like that she used my first name when I got to the window. The cashier was very upbeat and bubbly, and although my dog was barking ferociously she didn’t seem offended. She handed me my order. She was very nice. (She had natural hair that was in twist-I didn’t get her name) The food was hot and fresh. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant, the bacon is sweet and really good and filling. I ordered some donut holes as well as a Matcha, everything was made to perfection. I am super satisfied with my experience at the drive-through as well as with my order. I will visit Dunkin’ Donuts more often!

Almost everytime my wife n I go there they mess up her order because she replace her bacon with sausage they over cook my food...I understandstand at times u have to move fast sometimes but take your time..I rather wait a lil longer for the right order then get a fast order and it be wrong...I still love dunkin donut 🥰

2nd day of no frozen options. Not to mention the cinnamon rolls or anything made like that isn't done in the middle. The breakfast sandwiches are heated too long to even enjoy it immediately (hot and soggy)

Stopped by for some afternoon fuel (10/5/25), and the tall gentleman working today was so nice, as the rest of the staff, but he hooked my hash brown bites up nice and crispy for me (just the way I like them!)

What a disgusting place went there at 6:40 and ordered two hot coffees, two small hot chocolates and a matcha. The chocolate was barely warm, tasted as if it was made with spoiled milk and did NOT taste like chocolate at all. The “hot” coffees were iced and the matcha was disgusting. Then when I get to the window they said it was free. I thought how nice and thanked them. Now I know why it was free smh

Went by there around 5:30pm today (9/29/25). The employees were incredibly rude, lazy, and incompetent. They tried to look busy to avoid helping customers that were waiting. One of them even called a customer stupid. Hate that I wasted my money there. I will not be going back.

I am angry about the food serving sizes and how they lie. This is the photo advertised, and on the drive through sign, and this is what I was handed after paying $5 for it! Thats genuinely insulting. To advertise a full cup and not even fill it HALF WAY. And I was told that was the serving size, after I asked what the heck? That's straight up scamming people.
