Having been here on previous trips, this time was a little bit better. It seemed like the staff that was working was a little bit more coordinated and not so stressed out during a rush. My food was made to perfection and my wifes was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend a hook and ladder with extra pickles and jalapenos on wheat bread. It is awesome. The staff working there was super nice and polite. I just wish they had a big tip jar.

Online order placed, not completed on time committed, half the meal was un prepared, I waited 15 more minutes for au jus while my food got cold. Chip rack was near empty with full unpacked cases of chips on the floor blocking patron access to the register. When I finally received my jus, the young man slid it at me with no words and walked away without acknowledgement in any proper way. Unprepared with very bad customer service is a bad look for the lunch crowd.

Great food and service. I ordered the *new* Firehouse Captain Club, it's a spicy chicken n' bacon hot sub, with a medium fountain and 3 pack cookies. The sub was delicious but not so spicy(👎🏿), the drink was amazing, I love that they offer more flavours for brand name drinks like coke and sprite(ex. peach🍑, pineapple🍍, and cherry🍒). My only issue was with the cookies, the first two were perfect, crunchy outside with a chewy inside but the last one was a bit stale; keep in mind I ate this no more than 5 mins after pick-up. Overall service was fast and friendly, and food was good.

Parking: Parking is shared with the donut shop right next to it, but the plenty right in front and on the side.

I had avoided this place for years because of previous horrible experiences… From extremely slow service to a distracted staff, this place was in the pit of despair.

However, I am so excited that they are back and better than ever. Team members were busy working, I was greeted warmly, and I was served quickly. You could tell the general manager had great business sense and had the place operating as intended…quickly and with excellence.

This is a great place for a warm and toasty sun. Lots of flavor on a yummy bread. The employees are totally focused on giving the customers an outstanding casual dining experience.
