Firehouse Subs Concord Parkway

I hardly ever eat at fire house subs and what I saw today. I probably won’t ever come back. While we’re sitting here eating the guy that’s working removes the top part of the drink machine to go and put ice in the machine. What I have a problem with is the fact that he then put the lid of the drink machine on top of a dirty trash can beside the drink machine. Then when he was done. He didn’t even clean or sanitize the lid before putting it back on to be ready for customer use!! This is absolutely disgusting!!!

I really hope the District Manager sees this because I have to give a huge shoutout to Parker—he’s also a student who always delivers amazing customer service. He’s kind, takes pride in the food he makes, and genuinely cares about doing a great job. He’s such a positive representation of Firehouse Subs! Jared is also super friendly, and your assistant manager, Kyra (or Kyla, sorry if I got that wrong), is always upbeat and welcoming. She even made me my first Firehouse house salad, and it was not only beautiful but absolutely fresh and delicious! I’m there almost weekly, and every visit is a great experience. Thank you for making this location one I can always count on—I truly appreciate the care and energy this team brings every single time.

Having been here on previous trips, this time was a little bit better. It seemed like the staff that was working was a little bit more coordinated and not so stressed out during a rush. My food was made to perfection and my wifes was absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend a hook and ladder with extra pickles and jalapenos on wheat bread. It is awesome. The staff working there was super nice and polite. I just wish they had a big tip jar.

Online order placed, not completed on time committed, half the meal was un prepared, I waited 15 more minutes for au jus while my food got cold. Chip rack was near empty with full unpacked cases of chips on the floor blocking patron access to the register. When I finally received my jus, the young man slid it at me with no words and walked away without acknowledgement in any proper way. Unprepared with very bad customer service is a bad look for the lunch crowd.
