Subs were sloppy
This place rocks so hard, the GM is one of the best. She takes time out to greet everyone. This location blows mallard creek out of the water. No comparison, I'll be coming here instead.

This was an incredibly pleasant time. We sat outside eating our sandwiches. In the sunlight with a slight breeze. We definitely enjoyed ourselves and can't wait to go back.

The menu has a great variety, but I always find myself going back to the 'Hook & Ladder' – it's just that good! The ingredients are always fresh, and the bread is perfectly toasted. Plus, I love that they support local firefighters with every purchase. The service is quick and efficient, making it a perfect spot for a lunch break or a quick dinner. Definitely a top-notch sub shop!

3 yrs ago place was a mess. Now on 2nd new manager (about a year) and both new managers have turned this place around!
Clean courtious attentive.. get the orders correct

I appreciate the staff in there so much they are always so caring and attentive to our every need when we come in to order. My family and I love coming to this firehouse and I can tell you even though they weren't aware of the time change they still took care of us. The food here is always fresh and so good! I definitely recommend this firehouse subs for you and your family to go eat at! If you want great customer service and good food here's your place!
