My wife ordered the double bacon cheeseburger and loved it as usual.
I saw the *secret menu grilled cheese w a burger* online and came to order it. It’s now a menu item, listed as a patty melt.
I ordered a double burger but only received 1 patty (1 patty is the standard order. So muscle memory is why the prepared it that way I assume). The manager let me keep the burger made in error, and made me a fresh burger to go. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of fries in our bag ?. Reminded us of 5 guys of the past ?
5 Guys are always the best burgers and fries. This place didn't let me down, taste great! If in tge area again, I will be back.

The hamburger is bland. The fries are over seasoned with salt. The prices are not worth the price. The experience was ome I will not be part taking of again

Maybe consider going to another location - I ordered a bacon cheeseburger but came with no cheese, Cajun fries but came with no seasoning, and an Oreo milkshake that had no Oreo.
