I've been here to eat before, but tonight I tried to order take out. The girl who answered the phone sighed loudly & said OK when I said I wanted to place a pickup order. Because my number wasn't in their system, she wanted me to prepay for my food & gave me 2 options (& this is after she condescendingly said you know we're on Winecoff Rd right ) I told her whichever was easiest for her.....she then rudely informed me that there was a 45 min wait for takeout. She definitely shouldn't be answering the phone, I understand people have bad days but the heavy sigh & ok at the beginning should have told me to just hang up then ....which I did end up doing without ordering.. disappointing all around when you can't even order food from an establishment that sells food🙄

I love this family owned Italian restaurant. My kiddos are super picky and we can always find something delicious for them. They have a nice variety of wing sauces and their chocolate and peanut butter cakes are my favorite!

Showed up a little before 19:30 was waiting on another person to join us before ordering. Clearly read the sign that no dine in at 20:00. At 19:42 the female working there asked if I knew what the person wanted we were waiting on wanted. I replied with no. She said well we won’t take any orders for dine in at 20:00 in a rude tone and look. I said ok and told my two children 9 and 11 that let’s go. Fool me once!

The food was served hot, at an average time and very tasty. A good selection of Italian food. Type of service is you order, pay at counter and they bring it to you. Self service on drinks and other items.
Overall a decent and reasonable priced place to eat.

My family has ordered here from DoorDash numerous times and it’s always hot, fresh, and consistent which is rare when ordering delivery. We always get the pizza and wings. They always make sure to seal everything properly which I love.

I stopped by after work because my coworkers spoke about eating here and I haven't been. When I get inside the lady did not greet me only asked did I place an order already. I said no I havent. She says we're not taking orders anymore. And that was it. I wont be back again to even try. Im big on service and being a first timer that was uncalled for.

Pepperoni Pizza ? was fabulous, so was the Lasagna ?. Kind of weird set up. You walk thru the front door, order and pay before you even sit down...but the food was excellent and there was a constant stream of customers picking up orders as we ate

I hate to do this review as well. We love the food here but the “RULES” you have to go by to eat inside are just ridiculous. We left without even ordering. We were going to order an appetizer and drinks while our friends were coming. Then go order our food. No you have to order when everybody is there. I knew there were crazy rules for doordash but for people who are frequenting inside alot. Nope. Sorry you lost another loyal customer who patiently waited for the dining room to reopen after covid. And whoever posted about Jimmy, you are correct. He is super nice and he was at Villa Maria for years being married to one of the Basiles. And Mike is the other owner. As he has never been rude to me I have witnessed numerous times this happening even chasing employees out to their cars. I hate that this is what it has came to. I will miss the food.

Talked to him on the phone. Rude as can be. Just was there the day before , and surely he had previous customers that had made him prepare food and then canceled.But was mocking me and seems as though he needs a vacation.
